My family and I love Bajamar. We got married there and we love it so much, we were able to finally buy property there. That being said, the hotel is a great stay for the most part. It needs some long-due renovations, but you can't beat the entirety of the package. The place, the weather, golf, the ocean views, and the people are great!

Charming old world style in beautiful garden-like setting between golf course and the ocean.

Property not well maintained….cracking plaster, peeling paint, uneven sidewalk, duct taping to close off an open wall area to the pool, dangling Christmas lights.

Definitely one of the best value properties from Tijuana to Ensenada. The hotel is located within a large housing development with a golf course. The property is so large that you feel as if you are in the countryside. The rooms on the ground floor have large balconies and some have ocean views. The rooms are large and spotless. The hotel's design is colonial and quite attractive.

While it was not a negative for us, the property does not have a beach

We came during off season - wanted to play one 9 hole round of golf (recovering from back surgery so cannot do two rounds) but wanted to golf the oceanic golf course but we’re told we could only if we play two 9 hole rounds. Golf course was empty so disappointed we couldn’t golf.

The location was great, secluded and beautiful view. Overall, it was a good stay, but it was a bit overpriced. This is a hacienda style hotel. . The one thing they can improve on is the towels, we only got two towels in our room for a family of four. Also, the pool has no towels, you have to bring your own or use the ones from your room. The walls are very thin and you can hear people waking outside, but the walls that separate the rooms are not as thin. I was not able to hear noises from next door neighbors. Food was not that good, we order two different types of soups the same day and both were way too salty. This is a nice place to relax and be away from all the tourists from Ensenada and Rosario, both are about a half an hour drive each way.

Great staff, helped out with moving around within the area to see friends at airbnbs. Very friendly staff, good food at the restaurant.

Curtains need to be changed, they were worn out in many spots. Sink drain needs to be changed, it is looking corroded

First and foremost, the property is clean! This is an excellent property, the design and decor are inviting with a sense of home.

The was nothing to dislike!

Location is beautiful and the breakfast buffet offered (not included on the price) was really good.

Room is big but a bit outdated for my taste.
