Quiet, technology, the niche above bed was a nice feature.

Fridge would be nice. Another trash container other then the one. Maybe an extra blanket if needed. Cleaning could be a little better. Nice to have the coffee and machine but the coffee was bad and no zero extra sugar etc but just black.

They need to check the flooring is very slippery when wet not safe at all you have to grab yourself all the time in shower a accident my occur if not careful about that and specially form tub to bed not a good idea getting out wet

Location & value were great. Room was unique, I loved it…

There was no warm water. Showering was extremely difficult. The water had no balance, I normally shower with very hot water but the water temperature was extremely hot to the point that I could not handle it. With the slightest move to the left (cold water), it would turn extremely cold in a matter of like 10 seconds. Showering took us about an hour each of us bc we could only tolerate the water while going from cold to hot and from hot to cold. We called room service and someone was supposed to go check it out but they never showed up. Another issue is the cleaning staff noise coming from the middle halls. My fiancé and I, are slight sleepers and we could hear them talking and walking / cleaning through out the night. The jacuzzi was also dirty .. it had pieces of dirt / small debris in the bottom.
