My room was remodeled and had updated kitchen and two split air-conditioning.

My friend's room is not updated and did not have good window, missing any kind of air conditioning and only had few fans. Next house in room 12 had party that went beyond midnight on both night of stay. It was noisy due to this. On Saturday, there was wedding party across the marina that also went to late night. TV was not working well due to spotty wifi.

Mid century modern houses, right near the ocean. some need remodeling but they were beautiful and comfortable. Pool right behind our house! It was perfect with our two kids. Staff was nice and very accommodating!

We stayed in an older house - although amazing it was not very clean, some kitchen doors were broken etc. Needs updating for sure, but I know they are working on it. Also, the WiFi could be better. I wish they had a breakfast option, perhaps only for weekends (but the breakfast restaurant next door was amazing).

The location is near the ocean, a quiet place, security, and clean chalet they're named Fulton with two bathrooms, there's a patio in the back, particular parking space in the front.

I didn't stay in the ocean view chalet that I reserved because it was the only one that needed to be remodeled, the others are nice and remodeled, this one was felty and humid smells so we requested another unit and I paid extra money because it is upgraded.

Location is wonderful & peaceful-within walking distance of a good restaurant-ocean view cabin is comfortable & fairly private-very clean-kitchen well stocked with microwave, stove, toaster, pots and pans etc

Price has increased since last year-almost busted our budget-they close the gate at sunset-I got locked out of the grounds on my way back from a walk. Thankfully a security guard was nearby & let me back in.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. There's a restaurant and bar on the premise and the staff is very friendly. Room was clean and had everything we needed, including a small patio with a grill and outdoor furniture (great for taking a zoom meeting). The best part was the private parking spot, right outside of the door.

While there is a pool and a small walkway next to the ocean, there's not much else to do. But when compared to other hotels in the area, you can't beat the value offering in this place.

We’ve been coming here for years with our families and friend was happy to see they have updated the chalets some still need some work but I love how they make it work with mid century deco .they have renovated bar nice and everyone is always so helpful I left my iwatch and called them to make arrangements to mail still waiting to see when they will send it out.

Impecable room. Spotless clean and comfortable.

The property needs maintenance in some areas and more live things. There were almost no people, no birds, no squirrels, no hummingbirds, hell not even a mosquito.

I like the rooms was accessible with parking beds are comfortable there was a bench with a grill was excellent

There was people walking around in the side walk there isn’t facing the property the rooms across to the beach and isn’t access to the beach there is big stones but was ok the view

property was very well kept, rooms were spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. We went to the wine bar and had a really great time speaking with the bartender, I believe his name was Eduardo (it was his second day working there)

There is nothing we disliked about our stay. We really enjoyed it. The only thing we wish was different was that the brewery opened earlier.

Ocean front view was relaxing and calming .Waking up to a beautiful ocean view and sound was amazing. Pool was accomodating and family-friendly. I would definitely return .

Wifi was slow.
