I love the food. They have good boneless wings . Love the beds there comfy good view of the bay and more

They should update the television. I couldn’t play with my console on a small tv it was unplayable due to the bad quality. If they upgraded the tv it’s a 5/5 hotel

Everything it’s convenient! ATM, restaurant , bar, a pool, a small snack store, places to eat at a walking distance. Ample Parking as well. Best of all , they were accommodating to our needs, and we had the nicest young man helping us with our luggage ! His name is Miguel; he was always smiling, very helpful and respectful. We also got to know Victor at the bar who treated my son with special Needs so kindly! My son had the time of his life singing and Victor was genuinely interested in allowing him To Enjoy his time. I like to stay here whenever I’m in Ensenada. Always come Back! Thank You.

I liked everything

This time I stayed at a better room on the 8th floor. Pillows and bed much better!!! We were greeted by Miguel who offered his help carrying our luggage, offered to go get us anything we needed at a couple of places near the hotel, pharmacy and another place. He was friendly and respectful. They also have room service , good breakfast, a parking and that’s a plus for me, atm in the lobby and a small store that stays open late.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

It’s all into one; convenient because it has a pool, clean water, ATM , restaurant and bar with nice staff and also room Service, a plus for me a safe ample Parking lot and they do have handicapped parking spots.

The area once you come Out of the elevator to go to Your room, it’s very dark; it makes me Feel Uneasy. I think it needs To have better lighting there to make us visitors feel safer.

We would have preferred a view of the water. It was extremely LOUD at night time with our location by the street until midnight both nights. Breakfast was not included, but it was a great central location with parking and easily accessible to everything.

Better rates should be offered

I liked everything..I asked for a room with ocean view and they gave us a room on floor 8 and the view was awesome..they have a restaurant and we had a breakfast there and the food was excellent..the hostess was very nice lady..and during the night we visited the little bar and the dj was so nice they have karaoke..I really recommend this hotel. I didn't had to drive anywhere because everything was very close by walking

It is in a prime location, the views are spectacular. It can be a little loud at times, but it has to do more with the town than with the location. It is a great value and the staff are excellent. Bonus tip if driving there, have Carlos wash your car. He is a great guy and does a great job at washing and taking care of your vehicle.

i cannot think of a single thing I did not appreciate from the hotel. If I need more sentences to fill this space, I suppose I could request bigger tvs in the room.

Very centric location, near to many things like beaches and marina bay.

Every time when the shower was used, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes to came up, and a lot of water was wasted. Also, food service in the bar was extremely slow.

We've stayed here many times. Yes, it's a little outdated, but we love the location. The pool is very clean. We enjoyed the bar/karaoke in the evenings. They were able to accommodate our request for rooms on the same floor.

we liked it was close by everything. we very much enjoyed the karaoke bar they had I was down to celebrate my birthday staff was very kind very humble and respectful as well as helpful.

the room where we stayed at was very nice and had a beautiful view unfortunately I did see a few nail clippings on the carpet when I went to plug in my charger for my phone which was kinda gross and the bathroom shower had hair on the drain. what I really disliked about it was the parking we picked a wrong time to go because they were having the Baja 500 annual race and because of this a lot of the parking was taken we paid a good amount to stay and didn’t want to leave our car outside and we also didn’t like to be woken up at 6am to have our car moved I think the whole parking situation was very poorly organized and the people that were in the race should of only been allowed to park one car because it was an inconvenience to everyone there who was not there for that.
