The property is updated and very clean, nice place to stay with entire family. Pool area is clean and spacious, also heated for winter use. Romms are a little small but worth it, clean and very secure. Private parking security on duty round the clock. House Keeping do their job well everyday would come back here again and highly reccommend this place to others.

Breakfast not included. But there are plenty of places outside. Small cozy restaurants.

Location was great. Rooms were a good size. The property was well kept and looked like it had been well looked after. Newly renovated bathrooms. Very secure gated with guards parking. Always felt safe on property.

The Beds were all rock hard. The rooms needed somewhere to sit not the bed.

The room was clean and comfortable, although a little dark. The staff was very friendly, attended to us and helped us at all times.

I liked everything, except the check out. Check-out is at 12pm, but the housekeeping staff called our room three times, starting at 10. They were very intrusive about this. Regarding the facilities, the pool was unusable, full of children all day.

It was a perfect location. It was a block away from the S.A.T. offices. I really like the front desk lady. She was very genuine. Always smiling and great customer service.

I found a bobby pin hair right next to the phone. Housekeeping should do some deep cleaning, this hotel is not a cheap price one. Housekeeping has to do better in meeting those standards. I expected this from a motel 6, not this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay at the Baja Inn. Very comfortable beds, wonderful showers, heated pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The perfect location to visit Ensenada. We will return to the Baja Inn when visiting Ensenada.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed for the Baja 400 race ans the location was perfect! Staff are super happy and friendly. Pool is nice! Close to restaurants and all the action. Bed was a little hard but you can't have everything! Will stay here again for the next race!

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Nice parking garage, lovely building, very nice helpful staff. The room was very comfortable also. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and the people working there were just great. I recommend this hotel. Stay here, you'll like it!

Centrally located , nice staff

I arrived 1 hour early it was no option to do a early check in or to pay extra to get a room 1 hour early , came back after 3 and was a big line to do a check in i waited another 30 min to check in

The location is amazing, the facility as well. Great customer service from all staff. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities and very cleaned.

The beds. We had two different rooms and in both rooms beds were hard. I don’t recommend for the elderly who need softer beds.

I loved that it was near restaurants and little shops. It was a pleasant stay. We loved that the pool was heated and that staff provide us with great customer service.

The bed was rough.
