The hotel is very clean, very friendly and it was right on the strip where everything was walking distance

All I can say something that I did not like was the parking but other than that, you just leave the keys with the front office and they take care of it but I like the hotel I would definitely go again

Very centric, walking distance to almost anything. Decently sized rooms. Very clean. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and out of the way, but reachable.

WiFi was weak and spotty. Pool water was a little cloudy. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Not enough electrical outlets to plug in phone chargers. Only one vending machine, only accepts low denomination coins, should be upgraded.

Been at this place frequently about 20 years ago and found same personal we knew, Still there and recognize us still is been nice we had the best service available from then

EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND WELCOMING. FELT SAFE AND COMFORTABLE COMING IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL AT ALL DIFFERENT HOURS. LOVED THE POOL AND HOW CLEAN IT WAS KEPT THROUGHOUT OUR ENTIRE VISIT. ALSO HAD A GREAT APPRICIATION FOR THE PARKING SITUATION. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VISITING ENSENADA!

OUR FRIENDS DID HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOMS, THE 1st ONE HAD A LEAK FROM THE ROOM ABOVE THAT FLOODED THEIR VANITY AREA. THEIR 2nd ROOM WAS COVERED IN ANTS THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE BUT WE DID APPRICIATE THAT THEY KEPT US CLOSE TO EACH OTHER AS REQUESTED DESPITE THE NEED FOR A ROOM CHANGE ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

The room was ready when I arrived. And the A/C in my room was on. I like the fact that there is parking on premises, but they also have an additional lot with security. It is literally walking distance from the night life, nice sit down restaurants and cafes. There is a movie theater close by too.

I didn't like the stiffness of the bed. It was too stiff for my back. I had to sleep on my side. Also the towels had dead ants. But I didn't say anything because I always carry mine.

The motorcycle parking was around a corner out of sight from the street and behind a locked gate. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a pool view.

Nothing. It was all very favorable.

Very good location. Walk distance to nearly all the tourist places. The room was a bit damp when we first went in, but the A/C works well and fixed the problem after we back from dinner (actually not a big deal at all). The staff are nice.

The location is close to the downtown

The internet. It doesn't make today in anumy hotel the internet doesn't work well and because the internet the TV was not working as well.

The location of the hotel is perfectly located to the downtown night life. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was overall great. I would consider coming back based on my experience.

My companions mentioned that the bed was too firm for their liking. If you don't mind you may have to park your car around the way if the lot is full.
