People make the place. If you are seeking a special experience, book Casa Asturias. I've traveled a lot. Some might believe Casa Asturias goes out of there way to make your stay special. As a business owner, I understand that this is simply their way of doing business. The associates are friendly, attentive, interested in your stay. You will meet genuinely nice people here. Genuine is the key word. There is nothing transactional about this place. You'll feel like you have arrived home to people you know by name each evening. Highest recommendation possible given here.

CASA ASTURIAS IS A VERY NICE BOUTIQUE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AS WELL.

I DID NOT MARK AS EXCELLENT FOR 2 REASONS OVERALL: THERE WAS NO HOT RUNNING WATER IN THE MORNING, A COLD SHOWER WAS NOT NICE AND ALTHOUGH BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED, THE STAFF DID NOT MENTION THE BREAKFAST WAS UNTIL 10:30AM , WE ARRIVED FOR BREAKFAST AT AROUND 10;40 AND IT WAS TOO LATE. A MIRROR IN THE ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE..

Incredible hotel. The breakfast is delicious and very filling. The staff were so kind. The room was absolutely gorgeous, very large, clean, and quiet. We had a mild problem with the water heating and the toilet, but both were resolved quickly. I'm an avid traveler and this is one of the best places I've ever experienced. We were here for 10 days! The hot tub was LIFE. Book this hotel nowwww.

Nothing. It was literally perfection.

Check in was easy, the front desk was super accommodating. Very friendly and smiley staff, they had nice wine glasses to sit by the terrace. Enjoyed the breakfast, simple and very filling. Eggs or Chilaquilles.

The parking lot is very dusty in the back, not a complaint but an observation. Seems like planted grass or gravel would be nice and keep the clayish like dust down. My wife didn't like it on her shoes and our car did get dirty as we have black mats.

The location was great for us because it's off the beaten track and also in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and the staff at the front desk was absolutely fantastic!!!

The water in our room (downstairs, outside) did not get very hot but it was still hot enough for a quick and thorough shower.

The toilet paper is too rough ! For such a lovely boutique style place, I would think you could have a better toilet paper The body lotion and body wash was scented ( I think strawberry or so) some people like me are allergic to this, i think scents should be more neutral Chilaquiles portion in the morning was too little !

The room with the spa is fantastic and the hosts were great. The room was even nicer than I expected with not one but two walk in closet areas I should have brought more things haha. A well thought out and lovely space to hang out in

The pool area was closed and the bathroom needed a little extra cleaning

Everything was exceptional! I’ll definitely stay there again on my next visit to Ensenada.

The breakfast could be better with some more options like fruit, oatmeal, yogurt etc... The system for locking and unlocking the room door was very tricky and annoying. I would suggest a simpler system for the door.

Sra. Paloma Luna lights up every room into which she walks. She is an excellent manager and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast chef - whose name I do not know - prepares excellent breakfasts. The security is beautiful. There is one wierd room up a spiral staircase intended for Dracula, Donald Trump, or Daffy Duck. Or perhaps a wicked Mother in Law It should be avoided. WDM

A loud early morning alarm from the harbor. Pay the hotel 75 pesos cash per day to park in the dirt lot on the hotel property.(scammy). So we just stay one night
