Liked that it was very clean, luxurious, friendly staffs. Mostly everyone spoke English so if you’re a foreigner that does not speak Spanish you would definitely not have a problem! We forgot my toothbrush in the previous hotel and they provided us some toiletries such as shaving cream,razors, toothpaste, and of course toothbrush. Pablo was awesome! He was our server every time we went downstairs for breakfast and he gave so much more tips and recommendations of allll of B.C.

I didn’t like that the pool was freezing cool and the jacuzzi was just warm water. We turn on the jets thinking it would release some hot water but never did.

Great location and staff, I traveled w/ parents, I reserved two rooms on the same floor when booking, however the hotel wasn’t able to accomodate us in the same floor. That was fine no problem there. I stayed on the 5th floor parents stayed on the 4th floor. We were both handed a room key and upon entering the elevator on the lobby you tap the room key and press level of floor in which you are staying in. My room key wouldn’t allow me to travel to 4th floor as I was in the 5th level, and they weren’t able to travel to 5th floor bc the room key wouldn’t allow them to, only their floor and down to the lobby. It made it difficult for us to exchange anything we needed as we had to meet at the lobby for every occasion and back to our rooms.

The only issue I had was that on checkout date we returned to our room at 1222 pm and we were locked out. Booking Check out states 1pm . Luckily there was a house keeping employee that let us in. I don't like information discrepancy. Everything went well up until that moment. When I went down to speak to someone they were busy so I didn't bother. But this needs to be fixed. Whether Booking needs to update it's information or The Hotel needs to relay the Correct info to them

Horacio from the restaurant in the lobby gives more than excellent service! This is the second time staying here and both times its been a pleasure being helped by him. All the staff there is very courteous. Facility is clean and they accommodate our two rooms to be connecting rooms which was awesome for us, so thank you definitely will be staying here next time

First time to ensenada as a couple. We have usually done day trips to puerto nuevo. It was my fiancée’s 31st birthday so i booked us a nights stay in the king suite ocean view. If you can get over the the cleaning spray smell and how to work the light dimmers than it’s a relaxing time! We checked In Saturday and it was bright and sunny. Sunday was overcast which was kind of sad but we had this tripped planned so we made the best of it. I was looking forward to the tub with the jets but it took over an hour to fill and as we sat in it a out 5-10mins the water started draining on its own and the jets also made a mess. Be sure to be inside of the tub before turning it in and we almost slipped. The views we amazing i wish we had more patio time but my fiancée is afraid of heights. Not his fault, he loved the room and the view and we laued in bed till check out mostly. Everything is super close! Coffee, breakfast, breweries, oysters!!

Beautiful facilities, pool, bar, and piano lounge.

The room had no minifridge to store any perishable foods/drinks. Unfortunately in our case, my wife was breastfeeding so we had to ask for ice to store the excess breastmilk.

The property was definitely a resort at the beach, all food was great , and they have made a short 3 min walk path to the beach to have access to to the beach will return again

That the booking reservation didn’t come with complimentary breakfast that was additional cost , if you reserve straight thru hotel you get free buffet breakfast

It was very clean. Wonderful staff. Everything was so beautiful. Great decor and ambiance was just wonderful. It was such an amazing and comfortable stay. Awesome Customer service ties this place together ! We loved the pool area.

No access to the beach directly from hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, and the choice of food was extensive. The decor was very nice and also comfortable. I loved the pool! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I imagined the area around the hotel to be prettier. I was disappointed that there was no access to the beach. The eyesore of the empty building next door was unfortunate, though I understand that things shut down because of Covid.

It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable, I like the pool and fire pits …nice to have drinks outside and close to city center.

The service is bad out by the pool area my husband had to go get the waiter to take our food order, also had to go inside to go get our own drinks no one would bother to ask if we needed anything , but the bartender inside was really attentive and nice….we didn’t eat inside so can’t say how service was inside.
