The property itself was very unique. So many unique and special touches. You definitely felt like you were in the forest. The staff were all great, as was the breakfast. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved having the deck to sit out on. We enjoy meeting Pluto (the donkey), Rafael (one of the goats) and Estella (the dog) - just another really nice touch about the place.

I would recommend better signage off the Carretera. We did find it but we were a little unsure. Something I cannot fault the management for but there was a couple who were staying in Cabin 4 (we were in Cabin 5 just below them) who were out on their deck talking, drinking and playing music loud enough that neither I nor my husband could sleep. I eventually went out at 1:30am and politely asked if they could be quieter. They did, but it would be nice if management had some notice about quiet hours, many places have it, people can still celebrate and enjoy themselves but not in a way that is keeping others from sleeping.

This was such a beautiful and romantic place to stay. It is center to most vineyards. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The area looks beautiful at night time. Especially the bridge you have to cross to get to the rooms. Breakfast was included with our stay and let me tell you, the food is delicious. We will definitely be staying there again.

The access to the pool was up A LOT of steps, but was accessible with your vehicle through the back area. There were a bit of cobwebs inside the treehouse room, but I supposed it's expected because it is a tree going through the room.

The property was very unique and gorgeous. I loved the treehouse feel! The staff had pretty limited English, but we’re all so kind! They had games, a very cute breakfast area/ bar, and an overall lovely atmosphere!

Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. The water was quite murky and didn’t look like it was frequently filtered or brushed. I believe it is a fairly new property but a few things like towel holders, etc. have started to show quite a but of wear. We stayed on a Monday and had a pretty reasonable rate, but had I stayed on the weekend and paid a premium. I think I would’ve been disappointed.

The room was amazing, very private and quiet. The staff was very kind and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine upon check in. I also enjoyed the pups Estella and Camillo.

The second reason why I booked this property was because of the pool/jacuzzi and to enjoy laying out. I was able to lay out but unfortunately the pool looked like it had not been vacuumed a long time. There was a lot of brown stuff at the bottom of the pool so I decided not to swim. I was also hoping to have better bar service. There were a few times I tried to order drinks from the bar and there was one there to help out.

The concept of houses is very interesting. Every room has a tree inside that brings a special atmosphere. The room was very clean, the personal is very kind and polite. Every house has a balcony. Breakfast was included and they have a few options: chilaquiles, avocado toast, pancakes or scrambled eggs with bacon. Or you can pay additionally and get other options for breakfast.

They use boilers for water, so it’s enough for one person but then you need to wait for some time so boiler would warm up more water.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff were wonderful. The cabin was beautifully decorated, and we found the donkey and goats to be absolutely adorable. Breakfast was delicious, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Overall, we will definitely be returning!

The bathroom has low lighting. My husband noticed poison oak growing throughout the property.

The staff was all very helpful, kind, and friendly. The staff is essentially all Spanish speaking so if you plan to stay here, someone in your reservation will need to speak at least a little Spanish to get by.

Our room began very cold because we had a reservation in the winter time and our room’s heater took a long time to finally get warm. Our second night’s stay was much warmer after it had enough time to heat up.

The place is magical and our cabin was a treehouse, with an actual tree growing through it. The property is imaginative and a bit quirky, which we loved. Everyone was warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating.

Our actual room, although gorgeous and enchanting, lacked sufficient storage for luggage and our personal toiletries. We were there only for one night and had minimal luggage so it was doable.

Staff and facilities were great. Very quiet and peaceful. Each cabin is far enough from the others to give you privacy. Breakfast is included with a limited menu.

Lots of stairs especially to the pool. Be sure to ask for one of the lower four cabins if stairs are a problem. Small bar with little selection. No bar at shared pool . Pool is located far above the facility at a rented Villa.

the location was easy to find, close to many vineyards and restaurants. We loved the feeling of being in a tree house and we also loved the way that when they built these rooms they respected all the nature and included it in their rooms. Gigi was the best hostess explaining the concept of the rooms and what we could enjoy inside and out of the property we will definitely be coming back to this peaceful place

the base to the bed in room 2 which is were we stayed made it bulge in the middle and not have enough support on the footrest or headrest of the bed ( thank God the mattress is new and comfortable so we were still able to get a good nights rest) also the window in the rest room would not close so we had to close the restroom door during the night to avoid the cold coming into the room but when we needed to use the restroom in the morning it was super cold
