Very clean , close to everything , nice staff

The restaurant the hosted were rude and they gave away my table when we’re just waiting to be seated because it was going to be clean . Americans walked right in and were seated I asked why our table was given and. her response from hosted I should told the waiter when it was the hosted that sat them . I respond I check in with you (host ) The hosted were back and fourth finding excuse instead of resolving . I left didn’t want to continue because nothing was getting resolve Beside being me blame .

The staff was friendly and attentive.

The parking spaces are small, and there are plants pots too close to the parking spaces obstruction the vehicles. I accidentally broke 1 with my car and reported to the hotel. Unfortunately they charged me $40 dollars for the pot. I understand the accident was my responsibility but $40 dollar for a small pot is too much. I was very disappointed how management decided to charged me.

I have stayed here on many occasions with family, friends and for our tourism business. I am always pleased with the rooms and property.

Not much to complain about. I could mention that the check-in was slightly delayed and congested. The jacuzzi was not "perfectly" sparkling. Perhaps because we were there on a Monday after the weekend. Everything in the room was very nice.

Location away from tourist’s area if city where cruise ship crowds flood the streets. Across the street from an excellent French Style restaurant with excellent menu, food and services. Also opens for breakfast to which the hotel provides paperwork confirming your stay at the hotel qualifies you for the meal. This same restaurant provides 10% discount on other meals .

Secure, nicely appointed inside the rooms with all modern amenities one would expect to enjoy one’s stay.

Location, parking, cleanliness, staff, housekeeping staff "Lucia" was amazing...

The shower door was unhinged (dangerous) & Shower water was leaking all weekend when using shower.

The rooms are always very well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Just love staying at this hotel.

The pillows are like concrete. They should provide an ice bucket. I did ask for one and I did get one since there is no mini-fridge in the rooms.

Location is perfect. Clean room. Breakfast was very nice. Parking available and had security guard.

The staff member who checked us in was a bit rude and didn't tell us how/where to get breakfast. We had to ask twice and then the folks at the restaurant had to tell us where the breakfast was served at the hotel.

Hotel is clean and easy check in/out. Nice Complimentary breakfast is in a French restaurant across from the hotel. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, taco stands and shopping.

Bit noisy since we stayed on the ground floor, next to the parking lot. Next time will ask for a second floor room.

This hotels needs some repairs in the bathroom. shower door did note close well. Many details needs to do in the bathroom..old toilet.

The location is walking distance to the most tourist areas of Ensenada. The breakfast is delicious and is served at the French restaurant across the street. The experience at the restaurant is one of a kind because there is a live pianist while enjoying your breakfast.
