The staff was friendly and attentive.

The parking spaces are small, and there are plants pots too close to the parking spaces obstruction the vehicles. I accidentally broke 1 with my car and reported to the hotel. Unfortunately they charged me $40 dollars for the pot. I understand the accident was my responsibility but $40 dollar for a small pot is too much. I was very disappointed how management decided to charged me.

Location away from tourist’s area if city where cruise ship crowds flood the streets. Across the street from an excellent French Style restaurant with excellent menu, food and services. Also opens for breakfast to which the hotel provides paperwork confirming your stay at the hotel qualifies you for the meal. This same restaurant provides 10% discount on other meals .

Secure, nicely appointed inside the rooms with all modern amenities one would expect to enjoy one’s stay.

Location is perfect. Clean room. Breakfast was very nice. Parking available and had security guard.

The staff member who checked us in was a bit rude and didn't tell us how/where to get breakfast. We had to ask twice and then the folks at the restaurant had to tell us where the breakfast was served at the hotel.

Hotel is clean and easy check in/out. Nice Complimentary breakfast is in a French restaurant across from the hotel. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, taco stands and shopping.

Bit noisy since we stayed on the ground floor, next to the parking lot. Next time will ask for a second floor room.

This hotels needs some repairs in the bathroom. shower door did note close well. Many details needs to do in the bathroom..old toilet.

The location is walking distance to the most tourist areas of Ensenada. The breakfast is delicious and is served at the French restaurant across the street. The experience at the restaurant is one of a kind because there is a live pianist while enjoying your breakfast.

Room was near perfect the only problem is the gotta put darker curtains because in the morning is to much daylight coming into the room it would help a lot to have darker curtains to keep the room dark

Curtains need to be darker so the daylight doesn’t wake up that early lol 🥲after a night of partying 😎😏

We always stay in this hotel, we love it because it’s really cozy, in the city downtown and the restaurant its really good, we always go to el rey sol at night for a coffee and dessert

Centrally located to dozens of restaurants & shops. Easy walking distance to most. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful & professional. The room was super clean, bed very comfortable. All amenities were working. They even allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot before check in so we could take a walk around town and get some lunch. When we had a difficult time with the TV remote, the staff showed us how to use it and also that there were 4 San Diego channels in English, should we want to see (sort of) local news.

It's not just this hotel, but many I have encountered that have complicated remotes for the TV and TV's with no sleep timer. Not a complaint, but an observation, the shower door did not shut completely, allowing water to get on the bathroom floor. No mini fridge.

The WiFi in our room didn't work but it was trivially easy to sign on to the WiFi of the room next door (there was a separate WiFi for each room and all of them appeared on my phone from inside our room)
