The hotel is nice and clean and hotel staff welcoming. I believe the price is great and the beds in remodeled rooms are super comfy. Only thing is that there is a contract they have with a local construction company which houses the workers in some of the rooms located in the back, and they have different shifts and when they are up they can be loud even though people are asleep. Also there is a tennis club next door and depending on where your room is, you will hear matches and music. Still it is a great value and location is good. Restaurants and convenience stores and even casino and beach nearby.

I chose Hotel Paraiso Las Palmas because it is so close to my dentist's office. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. I appreciate the off-street parking and overnight security.

This hotel would be ideal for my travels if there were microwaves and small refrigerators in the rooms.

Rooms are very big, beds are comfortable, restaurants near by, shopping is also a plus

ROOMS WITH OUT AIR CONDITIONING, IS CONSIDERED STANDARD. IF YOU GET A ROOM WITH AIR CONDITIONING IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY, didn't find put till we checked in, and was charged 1000 extra PESOS for a room with A/C, plus a 1000 peso deposit. Swimming pool was a bit dirty.

The room is big. Its very basic no microwave or refrigerator. You have to ask for the iron at the front desk. Take cash with you to pay the deposit of 48.00. Beds are comfy just learned how to use the remotes to see the TV.

Sometimes the music on Fridays and Saturdays nights gets too loud.

The brightness coming through the curtains 😓and the cleaning ladies knocking at my door at 11 am woke me up I wanted to rest there was no sign to hang in the door to not disturb, other than that was good 👍

Easy check in, hotel well maintained, added pádel tennis courts and outside bar.

WiFi signal is very weak and since TV channels are transmitted via WiFi, TV signal is very weak as well. Construction began @ approximately 9 am with a rotary hammer (Loud).

I liked the cleanliness. Location was excellent. Very attentive staff.

The TV was not working properly. Every time I tried to switch the channel, it would stop working.

It was difficult to maneuver the shower faucet. Called the office and got a quick response. It was a great service !

Liked the big and clean room, soft bed, the table and chairs, the available pool. I loved the fact that the hotel is pet friendly. I will definitely bring my pet next time.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room I stayed did not have A/C. Not sure if other rooms have A/C. Good thing the day was not too hot.

They were very accommodating. Rooms are comfy enough for a good night's rest and the location was pretty close to the downtown area.

No extra covers in the room. But the will lend you a heater in the office.
