I liked that is was on the scenic road. We had a view of the road but also of the ocean.My daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet was good and coffee strong .

The first room we had the AC was not working. We had to tell front desk. They said they reset from the front desk. We still had the problem. A technician came out and turned the fan on but still no cold air. We called again. We got a new room. No biggie we hadn’t unpacked yet. The new room was perfect AC.

The pool was amazing super clean and warm pool. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the guard from the parking lot to the room service lady, to the kitchen staff. I absolutely loved how polite and attentive and helpful they were.

Good place for the cost. The beach is a short walk down the street as well as several restaurants. Felt safer than other hotel options and also discrete. Rooms are small but have all the basics. Slept fine!

The location was great

I messaged the hotelnthatnI would be arriving late. Yet they still canceled my reservation. However, since my room was still available, they were able to reverse the cancellation.

Modern, clean, nice rooms, free parking, complimentary breakfast, pets allowed.

Our room’s bed had some stains on the sheets, so we called the front desk and they were able to move us rooms. I was hoping for a closer “pet relief” station other than outside, more so because it was raining so some cover for it would have been nice.

the way these hotel buildings are constructed without the proper noise suppression or reduction on adjacent walls and in between floors, you can hear people talking on the adjacent unit also people walking above you. as a builder I understand this issue perfectly and know exactly how it should be addressed on the building design, something that in Mexico builders don’t do it or don’t know how to do it. this is a BiG issue in any hotel in the world.

Everything was wonderful from staff to the room to the pool. And I greatly appreciate that they allow dogs. Ooh they even allowed us to have more than just one vehicle to park. That was great.

The only they would probably be is the bed was too hard and there weren't enough channels on the TV that were in English.

I like how the rooms are nice and clean. I was real impressed with the Mexican breakfast.

My wifi didn't work for me but it worked for my husband

Not enough towels. 4 people in our room only 2 towels. They took long in bringing the towels, so we went down to get them.
