The breakfast was excellent. A big variety of everything including delicious mexican food. Everyday was something different on the mexican food. Everyone was very attentive and very friendly. Loved the location. Walking distance from all the night life, shops and ocean. So much to do. You do not need a car if you stay in these area. Swimming pool was clean and awesome. Met alot of friendly people from other places. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I can not think of anything I did not like. Maybe leaving two bottles waters per room instead of one. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. We were party of 8 and all of us were very satisfied.

On my suite the Couch mattress is very Old and Worn-out Please replace it, I’m sure more than one family doesn’t like that Couch. Also on the floor of my suite one tile is broken on the floor, is a hazard please replace it someone could be exposed to cut their feet.

Perfect location, walking distance to most of downtown Ensenada attractions. Facility is super clean. Staff is usually pretty good. Breakfast is pretty good, always fresh!

I called reception to notify them about a broken soap dispenser, they mentioned they would come change it out but I never returned my call or came to replace the broken soap bottle.

We loved the location. Your facility was spotless. The breakfast was very orderly and clean. We also loved the safety of the parking lot. Thank you we will be back with our whole family..

It was very clean and the staff was nice and cordial.

That you have to have a suite for a refrigerator and a microwave. I am a diabetic and I use insulin and I wasn’t aware that I needed to pay more money just for a refrigerator.

A lady in the front desk was rude to my husband when he went to buy a drink from the front little store.

Your TV offering, too limited. I'd love to be able to broadcast to the tv in my room which apparently wasn't possible due to some settings on the TV.
