Location is near to every place you want to go. very well located.

Breakfast is not so good. the same dish for all days. I was at hotel for 10 days and every single day the same menu. The menu is missing the option for vegan people.

Leandro made our stay unforgettable. He’a an angel. If you come to this hotel, ask for Leandro, he speaks English very well and basic French, maybe some German too. He will do his best to make your stay one of the best stays, with information, food orders in the city, calling a taxi, helping you out with everything you might need. He is one of a kind.

So this is a small hotel, with clean beds and a spot clean bathroom. Just perfect to stay in a night .

The walls where to thin, you can literally hear your neighboors and the breakfast was simply aweful.

Staff was second to none!

Hotel is really modern with nice comfy bedrooms and hot showers. Facilities (including free washing machines and computers) are really great. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful (particularly Alejandra on the front desk!) The location is a bit of a tricky one - for us, just wanting a hot shower and a place to sleep, it was perfect opposite the mall, however it is out of town so not somewhere you could walk from to go exploring

Breakfast was included but instead of a buffet you have to awkwardly point at items behind a counter that you can’t quite see to have a member of staff select them for you which is quite difficult (especially with a language barrier) and seems totally unnecessary
