I was new to the City and the staff was helpful answering questions during my stay Taxi to the airport was requested by them.

No Air Conditioning

Had a 2night stay and it was perfect. Friendly and very helpful staff. We can't speak spanish and the staff didn't know english it was a bit awkward to ask something but it didn't bother us and the staff were so friendly they helped us find the right place.

No hot water but it was ok

You can park the motorcycle directly in the property which makes me feel safe. Everything was clean and the staff helpful

My room only had a fan and no warm water, she advised me on check-in but wasn’t entirely sure if that matches details of the booking

This is my third stay here. It is my go to hotel in Tapachula. It is clean, reasonably quiet and decently priced.

Nothing to complain about. Just temper your expectations to fit the $21-23 price

24hr front desk was ace as coach came in really early. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Great for one night stay.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very carefully arranged, the owner's service attitude is very good, and the stay is a pleasant experience!
