All the facilities were very nice, very well arranged, in a perfect location near the river, in the center of the jungle. We enjoyed that everything they serve in the restaurant they produce by themselves and in general food was very delicious; hotel is very sustainable. Stuff is very very nice, especially our tour guide - Ivan.

It’s little bit not for families with kids since there are no facilities for carriers. However, that’s the point of the hotel - they are trying to fit inside the jungle without disturbing it and its habitants.

The view. Staff was amazing and just the solituded to do what I wanted. The morning hike was incredible. The ability to learn about eco agriculture coffee.

Nothing much. For me not having internet or hot water every day in 90% humidity was not a big deal. Being eaten alive by mosquitos. But i would do it again and go.

It was wonderfully located in nature with each cabin having beautiful scenery with a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s a beautiful resort. You wake up to bird calls and have wonderful trees and flowers surrounding you. The landscaping is very tasteful. there are many activities that you can partake in and when not doing an activity you can relax by the wonderful pool.

Beautiful place, the spa, food was excellent, flower tour and the staff very friendly. Suite was very clean.

What a truly wonderful stay. The staff were super helpful and attentive, they really made the extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. I really enjoyed the tours and appreciated the commentary on English too. I learned so much about so much! The suite was so beautiful, the bathroom totally stunning, my style of decorating totally, I loved the screened windows so that you could here all the noise of the wildlife, in the jungle but without the bugs. So much beautiful attention to detail.... with exotic floral arrangements also... and hammocks. The poolside drinks service was a nice touch... as we're the big towels and robes. The water was cold and a jacuzzi would have been perfect if availabe. I ran out of time for the spa... but it looked unique overhanging the jungle and valley. Don't miss out on the sendero walk, its not far to the river and its so pretty, accessible and you can bath in the natural pools. We will most definitely visit again, this time for longer. We loved it all... 5* ... however we have a few suggestions for the restaurant. While waiting for the meal it would be in keeping with the standard of the hotel to serve some warm bread with a bottle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or a relish of some kind, like they do at breakfast, to keep the hunger at bay. The food was delicious and the chef talented, but a little overpriced for what you get. The service was very good however and the staff super attentive. The "Mudslides" are awesome... highly recommend them. Thank you everyone ❤️ See you again.

The surroundings are beautiful, with great views. The staff is friendly.

The room and linen had a strong smell (humidity), was drak and hot. It had not air conditioner, it just had only an old fan. The bathroom blinds are oversize and you can see the person inside trougth them!!
