The rooms and the view of the city is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful and understanding, specially a young gentleman that works over night. We had a medical emergency and he was absolutely helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in before time and check out was completely smooth. They have breakfast service and the food is cooked on the spot. We ate having an amazing view of the city and prices are very reasonable.

There are three different properties under the same name. We had originally booked at traditional, but it does not have private parking. We were sent to park at Suites which is about a 10 minutes car ride and impossible to walk to Traditional carrying luggage. We ended up changing the reservation to Suites and paid almost 40 percent more than what I had originally paid. However, the view and tranquility was absolutely worth it. We walked to the historic center of the city (12 minutes walk) and took a taxi to go back up to the hotel at night.

The location is perfect and the view of the town is excellent. You can walk to the Juarez theater in 5 minutes and start exploring the city. You can hear the music and joy at the Union park in your room but far enough to sleep well. A very good place to stay

Not something bad because it is part of the characteristics of the hotel but it is something to take in mind. The stairs from the street level to the front door and the stairs from the front door to the room (depends on the room number you have). They are heavy after walk around the city so you have to take it in mind The other thing is the room temperature in cold weather as it not has a heating system. Points to improve: Return the transportation from parking lot hotel to hotel location(as part of the services) and more staff (one for front desk and one for help with luggage/reception at street level)

The place is gorgeous! the view from our room was spectacular, even better the from the pipila, the staff was super helpful and kind, the only thing is that you'll do a lot of stairs, so keep it in mind in case you have big luggage, and the wifi in our room didn't really work wich is fine with us.

I loved the view. Ramiro has a GREAT sense of humor. Francisco and Pillar are soooo nice!! If you are worried about the steps, I have Cerebral Palsy. And I LOVED our stay!!! We payed Francisco to help haul our bags. This is Mexico not the states. People shouldn't be writing reviews about the smell in Guanajuato. Concrete buildings and plumbing are different here. The staff went above and beyond to please and make things ultra clean. .

They don't have chocolate!

Too many stairs the parking is all over the other side of the city .

The parking they announce it as it’s close but it’s not. Hard to locate the building , however they do use what’s up to communicate.

- Gorgeous decor - Beautiful view - Clean and comfortable - Just a really charming hotel really and to make it even more special, we got engaged on our beautiful balcony!

- Stairs..so many stairs..we counted 112 stairs from the roadside to our bedroom. It’s fine if you’re fit but I’m pregnant and it was a real struggle to walk multiple times a day. Also a real challenge with large suitcases. - Extremely difficult to find, not enough signs. From the road you have to head up some stairs then turn left and go up another staircase but there’s no signs telling you to turn left so it’s extremely confusing. We took half an hour to find the place when we arrived and passed some other confused newly-arrived guests down by the road the next morning and had to advise them where to go

View and location are good, but be prepared for the stairs, as it takes some effort 😀

There was a coffee machine at the room and they did not provide coffee or tea until we asked for, this should be refill everyday. Shower need a lot of improvement they are too hot or to cold and no pressure, shower is not good

Room was lovely, clean and with an amazing view; the staff was very attentive and helpful

The car had to stay quite far, hiring a cab to get you to the premises is almost inevitable
