Perfect Location right in the downtown area and main street of Guanajuato. Steps away from the famous Market and right in the center of the city. There are many places to eat right outside the hotel door, full of shops and walking distance to all the popular landmarks. the room was very spacious and the balcony leading to the main street gives the perfect view of the colorful city.

As mentioned, it is located in the main street so it will be loud until about 11pm at night. Guanajuato is full of life and nightlife can get loud. The beds were a bit uncomfortable since I am used to a very soft Mattress.

Kind and helpful stuff, great location, really close to the Center, it has air conditioning, they don’t have parking but the offer you a parking at the shopping center, so you pay $250 pesos extras and is 7mins walk to the parking, the room is super big, same the bathroom, beautiful balcony (we got room 27 3rd floor) my family got 2nd floor and the balcony and room it’s little smaller, the bed weren’t comfortable kinda hard but overall was great

Our staff was very friendly and the location was exceptional, we highly recommend this hotel! When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our luggage at front desk for a couple hours so that we could finish some last minute shopping. There’s a menu for breakfast should you need it, it is fairly priced and very convenient. The terrace was simple and beautiful, great view from the balcony to gaze at the beautiful view of the city. I will be booking here from now on!

Hotel is situated in the center of the city. So the location is very good. From the hotel is only a few steps to the city centre. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel was not so nice. You enter to the hotel through the hall where is tattoo studio and medical centre.

This hotel provided very good value for the price and I would definitely stay there again. From our third floor terrace we could observe the busy street below and even saw a parade. It was very near the Alhondiga (historic granary) where the Fiestas Patrias celebrations were taking place. The double-paned windows did a good job of cutting the noise. Staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. The shower was roomy with very hot water always available. The place was very clean.

The one thing I would have liked, that would have made the experience perfect, was nicer bedding, like a duvet instead of the fleece blanket and bedspread provided, and better pillows. But maybe that is too much to expect from a place with these prices. The bed had the very hard mattress I've come to expect in Mexican hotels but was actually surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Also, beware, there isn't an elevator and the flights of stairs can be daunting after a long day of walking the hills of Guanajuato, but this is also very normal for hotels in the area.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice room with terrace. Hot showers. Food & shops right beneath the hotel. Professional staff. I am a satisfied customer 🙂 They also recommend parking if needed as there's no parking on site.

No Parking but that's common for this area. There's a public parking below the church (in tunnel) for 18 pesos an hour. Not bad

The location everything was a walking distance and I loved our patio view. Everyone was so nice and attentive.

No elevator! I have a baby, after walking all day you just want to get to your room and rest. It was a struggle going up the stairs with the stroller and my baby. When I got there I sprained my ankle it was so painful going up all those stairs carrying my baby to my room in the 3rd floor.

Lovely staff, ie Enrique, super location, spotless, our room was spacious, and newly painted!

Owners need to update the AC, and check the locks to balconies work, for added security.

The room was very clean , in the heart of the city close to restaurants , callejón del beso and the staff was very helpful

Delicious food at restaurant and excellent ubication. We ate sopa de tortilla, enchiladas mineras and sopes de pollo.

No A/C. No view, we were in room 9. Needs blackout courtains. Food is made at moment so it has long wait at restaurant and closes early.
