The condo was amazing. The pool was great with a nice view, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Tranquil location. There's a great little home-based coffee place across the street and a local drinking spot down the road.

Only part was all the stairs! the condo has a lot of stairs to the top floor. If you want to walk to town the shortcut is 120 stairs one way or you have to walk the road. Great for exercise, but steep. Overall, it was amazing, I would recommend it and stay again.

We were happy with nearly all aspects of Villas el Morro. The staff were exceptional, dealing with quite a major water problem very promptly.

It would have been good if there had been someone on hand to take the bags up to the room on arrival. We also believed there would be a bar; although there was a bar area, there was no bar operating.

The view from the hotel is spectacular and I loved that it feels a bit remote from El Centro, but you can walk there in 15 minutes or so. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would caution against anyone with mobility issues staying here. It's on a very steep hill and there are a lot of stairs even to get to the pool level, which is lower than the rooms. It was good exercise for us coming and going from the hotel multiple times a day.

The place is on a bluff and to get to town you either have to take a cab or walk down a huge amount of steps, which is not necessarily bad, but then you have to walk up them to get back. It feels a little isolated and there is no breakfast. I would recommend that the place offer a simple breakfast of coffee, juice, and fruit and cereal.

There was very little staff around. If we needed something, I don’t know if we would’ve been able to get help.

The rooms are spacious and it offers a great view of the Bay. The restaurant down the street at the Wyndham is excellent and highly recommended as the hotel does not have a restaurant. The collectivos go by every 5 minutes to bring you most places in the area. I would stay here again!

There is a sewer gas smell at the bathroom sink but I think that's just very common to Mexico.

We were a bit apprehensive when we booked as many of the booking sites rated it as 2 or 3, we were pleasantly surprised how clean our unit was, the view is fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We often had the pool to ourselves. They provided water for the stand. Great spot but lots of stairs for those with mobility issues.

Not much we didn’t like, the drying rack in kitchen should be replaced, the shower drain should be checked, didn’t drain well, kitchen tap was dripping!

The view was spectacular. The room was ideal. Having a pool on the property was fantastic. Decent water pressure. Great housecleaning. Great laundry service. The fridge worked effectively. Getting a breeze through the opened windows was a bonus.

pause ... I'm still thinking about what I didn't like ... not much obviously ... nope, still nothing.

The view of Zihuatanejo bay was exceptional!!! The pool was very nice. View as well and clean. Cecilia was very helpful. There is great breakfast available at the only high end hotel down the street.

The steepness of the stairs to get your luggage up yourself from the safe and locked parking! The extremely dated decor…..Could walk down the hill past the Marina military to get to town and Malecón.

Beautiful view from balcony, nice size pool, great for people like me that don't swim,not too deep! Rooms were large & comfortable. House staff was great, asked for hairdryer & they brought it asap!

Need more cooking utensils! more pots for cooking a light meal!! Need to upgrade cutlery, very cheap! Staff was helpful to my requests, but I also went out & purchased a couple of items &.left behind. Could have used a small packs of toiletries!!!

We enjoyed the private jacuzzi and view so much. Comfortable beds and towels were nice. Fresh water dispenser was nice to have and restocked often. We had no problem with the 4 flights of stairs to our room (plus the climb from the road). Might not work for some.

We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast or a bar on sight would have been nice.
