Second time time I have stayed at this hotel, the beds are comfortable and room spacious. The staff are all very welcoming and a credit to the establishment. Each time I have stayed here it has been for over two weeks and during this time I had no complaints. Lovely pool area, large first floor balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy the evenings, close to a pool/ billiard bar as well as a shopping centre with lots of food selection to choose from. There is also a little modern stone pyramid a short stroll away.

The bed and pillows were amazing. It was clean and the location was great for us. The staff in general was nice and helpful. It's a quiet place. The girl that served us breakfast on Tuesday was very kind and always with a smile.

The lady at the restaurant (the one on Monday) wasn't very nice. She didn't gave us the breakfast complete arguing that sometimes people leave the bread and that's why she only gave us 2 slices (it was 3 of us). When we asked for the others she gave us 2 more and they weren't properly toasted. It also looked like she didn't want to be there.

Staff is friendly and even helped with a minor issue with the AC unit. Location is good depending on your needs, but there is easy access to public transportation, main avenues, and lots of Uber always 1-3 minutes away. The hotel is going some remodeling so I hope they consider new doors and locks as part of the upscale since I think will want to stay again in my next visit.

The doors are not good quality both on the construction and on the locking mechanism. You use a simple key instead of a digital lock with card security so it is not very modern or secure. Also, the soundproofing is bad, the doors do not reach the floor and also are very thin so you can hear guests talking outside on the hallway. One more thing that didn't match with the property description, is the "adult only" category, since there were a couple children hosted which were loud, talking and screaming on Saturday night past 10 pm on the hallways. It may be that the property made exceptions for this family, however it does not match with the property description.

Internet connection in the room was very good !! It has its own modem which makes it very stable.

Pool area not clean and looking old

It was an amazing place to stay at, the little garden with the pool was very comfortable to be in, the staff was very helpful and had a great attitude, the bed was comfortable and overall we had a great time.

The only bad thing that I need to say is that the photos weren't realistic, there were many details in the room and all over the place.

The hotel is really nice, well decorated, the room is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, it is not a busy hotel so you get more personal experience. The location can't be better you can walk to many places near by. Which made it convenient for meals

The room seemed to not had been properly cleaned or at least not for a while there was dust behind the doors (I am allergic, so I pick up very quick on this) While the pool is really nice, water was way too cold. our idea was to spend a day at the pool we just dip for a few minutes because it was hard to stand the temperature.

My partner and I have stayed multiple times now at the Abad hotel and it has become one of our favorite little getaway spots. The rooms are very comfortable, but it's really the staff that makes this hotel great. Everyone is attentive and eager to help. It's a small hotel with a charming homey feel, and the smart tvs are a HUGE plus!

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, so it feels intimate and calm. The room has a good size and is well-equipped for a short stay. It also has a pool, which is excellent for hot, sunny days.

I don't know if the rooms' quality and service make it an actual "boutique" hotel. It was a regular 4-star hotel with nothing outstanding. The bathroom felt a bit dark and not taken care of. The room door didn't feel so secure either.

Location is safe and quiet; very convenient only 2 blocks away from a shopping mall and restaurants. Bedroom was cozy and it had its own internet which allowed me to work properly. The staff was very kind and helpful, I have no enough words to appreciate their kindness. I felt at home.

Location is superb. You got everything you need around plus is not on a main street which makes the property a quiet one. Staff is very kind. Did not try the breakfast. Room has what I need it Bed Bath and Desk. Internet worked perfectly.

Pillows were kind of hard for me. Since my room was close to the garden and pool, so there were a couple of mosquitos in the room but not for a long time ;)
