We stayed in room 115. It’s so worth the extra $ to have so much space and a big terrace. Comfy bed. Super clean building and the staff were excellent. We had breakfast included which was coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit and 4 entree choices. The woman running this area was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. The toiletries were very nice. My husband enjoyed the soaker tub. It’s a cheap DiDi ride anywhere. There is a mall close by with an outdoor food court (get the pastor tacos) and a Soriana for wine. And no kids!!! This is why I chose this hotel. Wonderful all around.

I didn’t care for the young woman who checked us in. I told her we had breakfast included and she said no. The next am I got it straightened out with a new reception staff after we had to pay for our breakfast - we chose items that we didn’t know weren’t included. No huge deal but annoying.

The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from Plaza del Sol. Parking is easy, with spaces available right in front of the hotel or across the street. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys, who are always ready to assist. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. It was also quiet, and the large, comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — the omelette and Mexican-style eggs were especially delicious, thanks to the skill of the excellent cook.

Really nice hotel, all the employees are super nice and helpful, the pool is heated, there is a room to work and nice rooftop. The breakfast was really good too.

The location is not ideal if you want to visit the "centro of Guadalajara".

This hotel provided an excellent experience! Check in and check out were quick and easy. The staff have great customer service skills and are friendly. The room we were assigned was greatly appreciated!!!! It was super clean, had good quality linens and towels, nice furniture and decor, good lighting, a comfortable bed and selection of pillows, great amenities (including a mini fridge and a safe, and more), nice bathroom, hot water and good water pressure, and an excellent ambiance overall. It feels like you are staying in a "nice bedroom" and not just a generic hotel room. The common areas were equally clean and pleasant. The swimming pool was very clean and had a nice water temperature. The hotel is located near major areas (stores, plazas, restaurants, expo, services) but it is on a quiet, residential, side street that provided a perfectly quiet night for great sleep (no loud city traffic, no loud bars or other noises). Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and how well it is managed, and would definitely stay here again.

This was amazing, we stayed for a conference in the Expo, so it may not be suitable if you want to be in the middle of town. The rooms were huge and spotless, food is not included but was lovely and the staff were just exceptionally friendly. The pool was in a central atrium so you were not at risk of sunburn or fumes from the street. So easy to check in and out. They also had lots of seating areas around the hotel, and a terrace for guests to just hang out.

Nothing- if you are nervous about neighbour hoods then you may feel it is close to a main road, but we walked to the conference center without issue, there are OXXOs near by for supply and it's in quite a fancy neibourghood.

Excellent location close to local amenities. I was visiting friends who lived nearby, so it was a great find. I was impressed by the ambience and decorations, with great use of space and relaxing pool. The room was great and the bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

For the price, I thought it was somewhat cheap that I had to pay for extra coffee pods.

Size of room, air conditioning, great breakfast, balcony, jacuzzi, Nespresso coffee in room, unlimited drinking water. The very comfortable beds & pillows.

One part of the jacuzzi buttons doesn't work it's the hydrotherapy button. It's been like that the last 4 times we've been. But the jacuzzi button works. Also there's a funky smell in the water we've noticed.

everything was exceptional, I think is an amazing hotel is quiet and people and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would at 100 percent recommend it. If I ever go back to Guadalajara I'm probably staying here again

Carlos was great and went above and beyond to assist me and make sure my stay was wonderful. Comfortable bed and room. I also enjoyed the pool and I was able to leave my luggage while on tour. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We love this little hotel it is always very clean the rooms are extremely comfortable and it is close to the mall the plaza Del Sol. The staff are always welcoming and it is our go-to location in Guadalajara
