The hotel is very well situated between the EXPO and the Mall Plaza del Sol. Its opening was in Nov 2022. The rooms are spacious and offer standard comfort and service. Mini bar refill every day. The other facilities are also new and operated as per time schedule. Roomservice is 24/7

The laundry service: came one day too late- and has destroyed my suit; only after intensive asking the throusers were repaired and brought in the 3rd day. Rooms to the street are very noisy due to the traffic starting at 5 or 6 am- the corridors and areas have no AC!!! The food quality in the 24/7 restaurant might be poor - check your sushi!! ;)

Absolutely everything was great. The room itself, the extremely helpful staff. We had a problem with a booking tour. The receptionist had and hour-long call with the agency to make sure we’ll get our money back, as we don’t speak Spanish. They helped us to get a better tour. Excelent client service. The bed was great, really hard, nice bathroom and big selection at the hotel breakfast.

There just could be a Netflix, or Youtube in the TV. We weren’t able to play anything there, except tv channels. Everything else was great.

We stayed at the HS Hotsson Hotel Guadalajara Expo for 10 days with my family. Its a very nice, modern and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We received excellent service from all their staff (Front Desk, Restaurant, Bar, Maintenance & Cleaning Staff)... The hotel location is perfect, you can find everything you need close bye. We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation through Guadalajara.

The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is bright and clean. They have nice toiletries in the bathroom. A well stocked room with ironing board, coffee machine, blow dryer, luggage rack, and great lighting.

The food at the restaurant is very sub par. Ate there the first night and did not return.

Amazing, brand new hotel, near the expo of GDL. The rooms are modern and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is fantastic and they have a large gym. There's a bar in the hotel where you can sit in & outside and they have a restaurant. Had a great stay! Thanks :-)

The AC could have been cooler. I don't know if it's normal to have it less cold in November.

We were there a few days to attend the Expo Furniture, the location was perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly. We did like the food also, very fresh. We had a good size room and evething was very pleasant and clean.

Plenty of great amenities. Good kitchen and gym. Clean comfortable room.

Not a good location. Not near anything I was interested in.

I loved the desks, it was a great place to work. Very comfortable, spacious rooms. I also enjoyed the lemon and lime water in the lobby. The restaurant was very nice and the staff was great.

No complaints.

There is not any help for lugagge carry up from desk to room and viceversa. None available computer in the Business Center.

Everything is new. People and service is fantastic. Breakfast are good, bar is great, pizzas are delicious.

Dinner was not good. Food was regular
