Decent Stay, Could've Been Better. The room was quite basic and lacked the amenities I expected. Throughout our stay, the cleanliness was a bit lacking, which was surprising. Additionally, I was placed in a ground-floor room, and the noise from the nearby highway was incessant, making it difficult to sleep. I had hoped for a more comfortable experience considering the price. The staff was friendly, but I felt there was room for improvement. Next time, I'll be looking for a quieter and more updated hotel

Breakfast could improve the main food( eggs), and as some other side ( guarnición). As well as ad some other juices , Orange juice wasn’t that good, taste more like water than real orange

someone tried to open our door many times. It was maybe a robber or something. we called the lobby and they sent a security person and the attempts to open the door stopped

honestly i didn’t eat at the property because i was out the hole time but the only thing i can answer is that i would love to recommend this hotel in the future if someone from my family or friends ask for hotels in Guadalajara. great experience and super nice service. thanks for everything!!!
