The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. I was dissatisfied with the food from the restaurant. I ate there 3 times and everything we ordered was lacking or was over done.
The food at the restaurant. Tortilla soup was gross the tortilla chips were old and super hard to chew. The lentil soup was extremely salty. The Cesar salad was served with greens & tomatoes instead of plaint lettuce and cheese and croutons. The chefs burger with goat cheese was discussing.

Overall the hotel was exceptional!
The only thing that would be great is if the Starbucks in the lobby stayed open a little later. Many guests were often turned away because it was already closed while we were in the lobby waiting for a pro soccer team who was staying there while we were there!

Overall a great place to stay. The bed is wonderful
The shower leaks really bad. We complained and someone came to fix it, he said he would be back and never came back.

Great hotel, really nice and clean. Really good service. Nice and big rooms well equipped. Great breakfast and breakfast area. Perfect hotel to stay if you participate to congresses or exhibitions at EXPO Guadalajara. For tourist stay a little bit far from the center of the city. On the map it looks close, but with traffic in Guadalajara it takes much longer to get from the hotel to the city center. There is not a lot of restaurant or bars in the area. Perfect hotel to stay during your business trip.

location
the treadmills at the gym need upgrade , I had a water shortage during my 3rd night in my room no cold water. it was fixed next morning but many air bubbles.

The water pressure was great but the faucet was very hard to open and close. Breakfast needs some improvement. Like the cheese and bread was very dry.
