The hotel is perfect for an overnight. Very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and ready to help. the amount of choice at the restaurant and the coffee and tea available throughout the day. Secure parking and restaurants and bars nearby.

The breakfast area jammed packed. The staff was overwhelmed with the amount of guests. The trashed were over filled and the food was running out faster that they were able to cook it. Having said that the staff even though they were working so hard, they were nice to the requirements of the guests.

The breakfast was great for anyone very hungry! The coffee was good, lots of juices, breads, eggs, Mexican meat dishes (delicious) and much more.

I enjoyed my 2 days at the hotel - would be good to have an onsite eatery or small food for sale area - overall great!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff was patient as I used my Spanish. They switched to English when I needed them to.

There is not much nice to see or do in the area. It's also very Americanized. If I wanted American restaurants and stores, I could have stayed home. I didn't get to choose because I was there for work. I also couldn't regulate the temp in my room. First too hot, then too cold.

I stayed there with my wife and kids and they loved the heated pool. It was so relaxing, indoor, good size. The location is good if you have things to do on the South of Guadalajara.

I didn't like the breakfast. Altough it was good for the price.

Overall, the hotel provides a good service. in this case location was the best until I realized an Encore Hotel was in the same location. breakfast is a good option / quality TV channel selection is OK

the smell at the bathroom was disgusting. It is bad because shower curtains keep humidity and generate a bad odor. Sheets quality is below my expectations

The breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly. My congrat to the housekeeping and overal main area maintance team. These ladies really do an above and beyond job. Hotel is close to two malls and has great restaurants walking distance.
