The hacienda grounds are enormous and breathtaking. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into the restoration of the hacienda as no detail was spared. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are taken back in time. I was very impressed that they kept the original feeling of being in an old hacienda, but with all the modern comforts. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I was able to sleep through the night. Not an easy thing to do in a hotel room! The food was amazing and had so much flavor, it was not what you would expect from a hotel.

I know it takes a lot of work to keep the grounds so beautiful. However, all the motors for the garden equipment should not be running so early in the morning. The staff also have their communication devices on so you can hear all their conversations. It would have been nice to not be awakened by motors and radio conversations.

, Wonderful location. Very beautiful and quiet. Very relaxing. The hotel could use a little remodeling, but is still very pleasant. There are many things to discover: plants and animals,all in a great setting. I can't wait to come back!

The restaurant is quite good, but rather pricey. The portions are small and the staff is not especially attentive. The breakfast menu is very boring. The main meals are nicely presented, but in the evening the lighting is very pool. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were not very clean. Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell

Unbelievable. I have been to the finest resorts. Borabora, Hawaii, etc. The service and surroundings at this resort are truly amazing. Very very very authentic. Everything is so lovely here it is like staying in a museum. Every room has actual artifacts from centuries ago. The staff is so attentive and kind. They really do not have adequate words.

The pool is very small but I didn’t care because the grounds are so beautiful you could spend all day wandering

True Mexican experience, complimentary horse ride. Stunning setting, friendly staff, beautifully manicured grounds. Comfortable beds and pillows.

All meals are exceptional and if you want to relax this is the place. My 4th visit and it always exceed my expectations.

The menu could have had a slightly enlarged selection. It was very good what was available, but I missed a good soup, a filling salad and a selection of vegetable dishes. But still good 👍

One of the most beautiful hotels in Mexico!!

The beds are very hard and despite being the only ones there, it's pretty loud in the morning because the bathroom windows are permanently open.

The spa was fantastic. The building and rooms were charming and spacious.

The staff are awesome, and the hotel is historic and spectacular. And my wife super enjoyed the spa, so give yourself a treat. I went for a bike ride to San Ignacio on the ciclovia. And there is a tequila de Bienvenido, a Fortaleza reposado which has since become my favourite tequila. Viva Mexico!
