The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff war exceptionally courteous and attentive. The entire complex is spotless and has beautiful amenities, such as the pool and rooftop bar. The rooms are huge and dead quiet, and the beds were incredible. I wish I could buy the linen for myself.

What took the wind out of our sails a bit was that there was no complementary water or coffee in the room. Mind you, there were water bottles and a Keurig machine with pods, but there were price tags on them. I know it sounds petty, but for a hospitality business to not even offer some water to their travel weary guests was a bit of a downer and set the tone, you know? Oh, and the shower was terrible - hardly any water pressure, and the shower head was so calcified, it spayed into every direction but down.

Great, but I had an inconvenience, I left a pair of sneakers and I called the hotel the same day I left and they told me they couldn't find them, but I'm certain I left them there, I followed up and they told me they would look got them and they never called back

This property is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is PERFECT! You are right next to the square and walkable to most parts of town. If you need a ride somewhere, the front desk is helpful in securing you an Uber or taxi. And the restaurant has by far the best food in town. Lastly, the rooftop bar and spa area is so nice. It was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and me. I added some pics of the view from the rooftop bar.

It was a wonderful place. Rooftop pool/bar was amazing in the evening. The hotel was very clean. Location was great, we walked to all three distilleries. I'm already planning my next trip there.

The wall signs around the hotel could be better labeled. We keep walking around trying to find the lobby 😝. It wasn't a big deal to us because we were having a great time but if you are in a hurry that would be useful.

Beautiful property. Clean rooms. Many areas to spend time on the property. Nice library area to read. Great coffee, walking stance to many things.

At the coffee shop the “pan dulce” had very little options. We were a crowd of 17 and there was like 7 pieces. The ladies should fill it up if they see large crowds. They almost seemed bugged we all got there together. We only noticed that at the coffee shop at the property.

We loved the location, accommodations, extra special touches such as robes and slippers, extra spacious showers with great water pressure. Free crisp and sweet apples by the pool were delicious. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The pools were relaxing and the sauna was a great treat.

The wifi didn't work for iphones in the room (406). Howerever Android was able to connect with no issues.

It was walking distance from the plaza and food. Really recommend this place.

I paid a good amount per room and one of the rooms my family didn’t tell me when they arrived the big bottle of water was open and they charged me for not letting them know sooner. Like really I paid over $600 for the 2 rooms.

This property is phenomenal. Steps away from the main square, excellent service, comfortable rooms. The rooms are not the boring new and modern type of hotel rooms. This has so much charm and I loved every second of our stay!

Outstanding service, central location, Jose Cuervo tour right across the street, rooftop top pool bar was a nice added touch to the property, bakery, restaurant and bars.. 2nd pool on the mid floor was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable.. 5 stars. Nothing to complain about.

Very close to places of interest, the room was extremely comfortable, there were many places to sit and relax. The staff were excellent and made us feel at home and seemed genuinely interested in us.
