The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We asked if we could check out a half hour later because our transportation wasn't coming until 1230 and it was not an issue to stay. Very clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. Room had an air conditioner that kept the room cool and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The room was very small. There were 4 of us so the two beds were great but there was no room to put our luggage out and no hangers for the hanging rod. The beds were firm but comfortable but the pillows were awful. They were very full and could not be pushed down. We could sit on them and they wouldn't go down, way too high for anyone to sleep. The first night we ended up rolling our towels up and using them as pillows. Luckily we had family in a nearby airbnb that let us borrow some extra pillows for the rest of our stay.

I liked everything! I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Staff was pleasant and very helpful with everything. The room is BIG and espotless clean, the best was confy and huge. The only down side, you can take food inside the room, but that was no issue, thats how they keep everything clean and in order. Check in was easy, they even gave us our room early, At check in we were able to leave our bags with them to explore a bit more until our transport got to tequila. I love that it was walking distance. Cnt wait to go back.

The location was great, very close to everything.

We stayed on the second floor. We could hear a lot of noise from the 3rd floor. This was around 10pm. I went down stairs to let them know, the gentlemen told me the owners lived upstairs and they were celebrating a birthday.

The hotel was family friendly, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The bed was too firm, white lenin cloth only with one blanket. A better room description in detail. I thought the room would be one big room with two separate beds like a suite room.

The hotel is super clean and modern. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the center of everything.

The beds are extremely firm, which I do expect from hotel beds. But the pillows were bricks! I did not understand purchasing such uncomfortable pillows for a hotel - they were truly horrible.

I like d the flexibility of the check in process. Friendly and attentive staff.

My room was at the front of the building closest to the street. A lot of loud noise at night and early morning. Otherwise the experience was great overall.

Location! Close to the plaza and attractions. Their service staff were very attentive and friendly. Their arrangement with the parking lot across the street was convenient and secure. Met our needs perfectly.

All the staff were very warm and welcoming. The property was about two blocks from the main town center which it made easy to get around to visit.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, if your traveling with children or more guest I’d ask for there larger room which are available.

We were charged more than we booked for but didn’t realise until I looked at my statement. Only one bedside table NO bedside lamps, really small room and we had to greet staff not the other way around, they were very bland.

Clean quite hotel with good service

Pillows a little hard and no light during the night in the interior of hotel so going upstairs to room was in the pitch black. A little dangerous
