Centrally located to many restaurants and local attractions. Easy to find with clear signage. Nice mix of modern and traditional designs. Comfortable beds, good AC, great staff, and reasonably priced airport shuttle.

Shower water pressure too weak and temperature not hot enough. Lack of ability to get an additional room key card. Rooms are somewhat small for the price paid but it does the job if you don’t plan to stay in beyond sleeping.

Very adorable place, centered in the heart of the small quaint town of Tequila. Blocks away from the small town church, mercado, and surrounded by shops, bars, and tours.

It does not have an elevator. Parking is located a few blocks away.

The location, room was clean and spacious

Very small bathroom and air-conditioning was difficult to figure out. It's extremely hot in Tequila the fact you had to have your key inserted into the ac for it to work if you left your room you came back to a hot room and had to wait an hour or so for it to cool off

The staff were very friendly and help us to park besides we arrive earlier.

Its not hotel fault, but noise and music from nearly bars were loud at night. Maybe and architect can sugest how to reduce outdoor noise.

Very central and rooms looked very mondern. Also, there was a restaurant on site which was very helpful for morning coffee

No onsite parking or valet service since parking is down the street a few blocks away.

Loved the sheerness and cleanliness the breakfast was delicious, the bathrooms are spacious. The location is perfect

The first night out A/C did not work, and there was noise on the first floor (we requested first floor) but they move us to the third floor and everything was perfect A/C working and less noise

Centrally located close to town. Room clean

No Kleenex hairdryer closet. A/c was not working up to par. Needed key to turn on so when you left ac turned off. Asked for another key they said they only had one

The place was clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was nicer than I expected the picture do not do it justice

There was no elevator. This made it difficult for elderly family members, carrying luggage and carrying small kids to upper floors.

This is a lovely hotel…new. It is well located to walk to everything in Tequila. I loved that the very comfortable, large king beds had wonderful all cotton sheets! And the bathroom had washcloths! The staff were very accommodating and let us park our car right in front .

Nothing to complain about.
