Our stay was relaxing. I liked the fact that the beach was really close. The room was spacious enough for my family. The resort grounds were exceptional and decor was spot on.

The room towels were a bit rough and dingy. Food was semi warm and a bit dry. Pool water was cloudy. Poolside lounge chairs were hard. Poolside drinks were amateur mix. Not all the staff was friendly, The oriental restaurant greeter looked us up and down, judgmental and turned us away. We didn't go back there.

I liked the most the bar at the pool, the pools, the variarty of restaurants (the breakfast is simply wonderful, with so many options, you can literally eat anything you want, the bardenters and waiters are super nice and polite with everyone all the time, the RIU party was spetacular, the Mexican Fest was incredible with a lot of Mexican activities to share about the Mexican culture, with a lot of dancers, the hot tub that is included in the SPA services, the drinks 🍹, the variaty of drinks included in the bar in the badroom, the bar with tv, computers with games, snacks, cappuccino and sweet breads available 24hours, the activities to have fun during the stay, the staff is incredible, amazing, super friendly and hepful. At RIU Jalisco you can definitely have so much fun!!!!! 😎😊🙌🏻 We loved our stay!!!

Maybe the property could pay morr attention to few details such as: - The water in the bathroom was not hot as expected but we called to the lobby and they provided details on how to fix the issue, it helped a little. - the elevator is very slow and old, it should be updated if possible. - to play 🎱 you need to pay $35 Mexican pesos. (Maybe it could be free, but if it is not possible, the people in the lobby can change money for you, there is another option to get money, that is using the ATM available in the lobby). - The food offered during the lunch time could be better, specially the one served in the Mexican restaurant. Everthing was espectacular, we really enjoyed our romantic stay at RIU Jalisco.

I liked the view from the room...the staff were amazing and the Fruits were top notch, the beaches were amazing. The shows at nights were a plus too

There was a moldy smell in our room that we stayed at and also a nasty smell was coming from bathroom drain pipes. I had to call front desk to come fix the bathroom sink because the water wasn't draining properly. When the guy came to fix it ...the foul smell that came from opening the drain pipes was not something i want to experience on a vacation 😑

I usually stay at Club Med and so the food services was not as high level and there was less service in serving food. The buffets often got messy. I perfer to have someone making the salads rather than just buffet ... too messy.

food services could use more help in serving. More clearing of litter in the sand. There were balloons from events and then they just popped and were left to blow into the ocean. I think balloons should be banned in the resorts unless they're careful to disposing them.

The food at the restaurants was good. The air conditioner in the rooms. Facilities were clean. Drinks were good. Their daily show was nice.

Place is short staffed, half of the staff is grumpy. They were rushed and rude half of the time. The lady with the towells was so strict on one beach towell per day. It was hard to get a server at the pool or beach area. Beds are ok, not too confortable. Check in and out was long! 8 guest...imagine. We were charged extra because they only had 7 guest on their end even showing them my booking reservation. Booking's customer service was not reachable either. Over all it was ok. Not worth the all inclusive price tag.

All inclusive, amazing buffet with varieties of food. Many different shows for everyone to enjoy.

No stores, no pharmacy on the site to purchase necessary medications and supplies. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not able to provide any women pads. We paid for airport shuttle but been told that “they don’t have it and we need to call for taxi.” AC in our rooms was loud and created more humid. We returned back home, unpacked our suitcases and found our clothes wet.

Breakfast- lunch- dinner are very tasty. Good quality and the big variety of food. Amazing location- near the beautiful beach, amazing views and very important- very friendly staff.

I like all in this place. Just I want to recommend that they change the plates in the restaurant. The ones they have, have clearly been there for a very long time.

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained-everywhere. All staff- from the servers, cleaners and entertainment staff were excellent. The kids pool area was a hit for my kids. The variety and quality of food was excellent. The nightly shows were great. The bar inside the room was topped every other day. The overall experience was 100 %.

Everything was great. They were understanding with a situation we had with the payment but still respected our booking and original price. The staff was very nice, helpful and always gave us a great attitude.

The pozole seemed to have been from the previous day, as it went bad in our last meal and my daughter could not sleep because she got food poisoning

Many restaurants, good variations of food and drinks. Great weather, not too warm. Hotel is directly on the beach, that was great. Nice room service with bar available. Our son loved the time in the hotel.

Water in the pools was not very clean, also too warm. Difficult to find a shade next to the pools, the same for the beach - missing umbrellas. Only one beach towel per day which was not that practical.
