The pictures show exactly what the place looks like. It is a small apartment located in the heart of Polanco, one of the nicest areas of Mexico City. It was impeccable and had everything we needed for our stay, towels, silverware, fridge, drinking water, washer/dryer, dishwasher, soap, etc. and btw, the apartment has a Lucha Libre theme that gives it a cool and unique touch. The staff was incredible, very kind and professional, and the responses were immediate. We arrived early in the morning and they made a great effort to try to check us in before the expected time. Fer, the lady that showed us the apartment, was very professional, polite, patient, and she gave us great tips and details for our time in Mexico City. No complaints, everything was great. We definitely recommend it. Two things to keep in mind for those visiting from different parts of the world: - This building is in the middle of the City, and Mexico City is an extremely busy city. Bring ear plugs if you’re the time of person that needs extreme silence early in the am to continue sleeping. - My wife and I did an extensive research and we found out that almost all the apartments in Mexico City had no AC. And although this apartment doesn’t have AC, the host provided two portable fan/AC units that helped a lot during the night.

A bit to complicated to get in and out of the building , most people won’t care but I had to register visitors in the lobby to go up to the apartment.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood, I highly recommend it. Also the communication with the host was exceptional.

The place is great, the apartment is new, the facilities are modern, and the environment is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with both the interior decoration and the community environment.

the response to accommodation inquiries is very slow, and I often need to ask repeatedly. This is very frustrating as urgent issues are not resolved in a timely manner. Despite multiple contacts with the person in charge, the issues remain unresolved and are frequently postponed. Many amenities in the room are incomplete, such as kitchen utensils and basic cleaning tools. These should have been fully equipped when I moved in, but I constantly have to ask the service staff, which greatly detracts from the service experience. When I moved into the room, the curtains were not functioning properly, which greatly affected my privacy and daily life. Cleaning staff do not arrive on time, resulting in untimely room cleaning and affecting the comfort of living. Many people in the apartment have dogs, and some dogs urinate in the building, affecting the cleanliness and hygiene of the living environment. This is very unpleasant for tenants who do not have pets. The apartment has a gym, but it requires a stay of more than 30 days to use it. The process to gain access is very long. I have inquired with the customer service of kukand many times, and they always ask me to wait, which is unsatisfactory. None of the apartment managers speak English, which makes communication very difficult for international tenants who do not speak Chinese. If you do not speak Chinese, do not stay here, as you may encounter many communication problems.
