The people who stay here are awesome. Laid back, super friendly. Staff are helpful and work around your schedule. I note that the management is upgrading things. Our cooktop didnt work, we commented and right away a new (brand new) one was installed. If you are lacking something, ask to see if they have one. Great bird watching and iguana watching right across the street on the hanging bridge. Lots of little stores down the street to get your basics

The cooks did an excellent job. They were clean, professional and nice. The staff was very nice. Check-in and check-out were easy. My car was safe.
I did not like that there were no stores or areas of interest in walking distance.

The hacienda feeling and grounds. The pool and natural surroundings. Parking lot
Too far from town and out of the way. Unless you're on that side of town or going to the airport or Guadalajara. I recommend it for a 1 day stay no longer. Location is important to me, and I personally didn't like it even though I had the convenience of a Oxxo, next door. Too far and didn't like the atmosphere felt more like a motel than a hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke fruit with coffee and toast with jelly. No eggs or anything. The coffee was too strong, so I asked the waitresses for a glass of milk. Response was that it 's not included, and it's going to cost you. I know that I never said I would not pay. Never brought it!!! Gave me attitude and just hovered while I finished. Didn't appreciate it.

The room was very clean and looked really nice. I would probably stay again but bring ear plugs and an eye mask to block the light. The staff were really friendly.
It was noisy. I could hear the TV of the room next to me at 4am and also the voices of the occupants of the next room. The noise from the road nearby was very loud. The curtains were white and thin and let the light through even though there was 2-3 layers. Maybe a darker color is needed. The bed was not soft.
