We booked a superior cabin with panoramic view and stayed in cabin 4. The room has a huge picturesque window with a beautiful view. I loved the coffee maker in the room, it was convenient and made a decent cup of coffee. They have a stocked mini bar with many options (for a fee). The property was great, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were awesome and has a beautiful view, and it was not crowded. There are a lot of sitting places throughout the property to chat and have a drink. The cabins have walkways that lead to fire pits for guests to use, and they also had a complementary glass of wine at Salvia Blanca during sunset. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend having brunch at their restaurant Salvia Blanca, on the weekend there was entertainment and it was a nice experience. Their pork belly chicharrón was AMAZING.

The booking photos made it seem like there was a fire pit on the room patio, but it was actually a communal fire pit. I believe certain accommodations may have fire pits on their patios.

The hotel is amazing...loved the rooms and the view from them every morning. We also had access to a pair of rocking chairs and a table where we sat down and had wine every night until late. The staff do everything at their reach to make your stay amazing.. We had grear vineyard recommendations and are thankful for all the insights given to us by all the staff. Thanks !!

A stench that came up from the drain on sunday night...not sure if the cesspool is working properly but the hotel should definitely have a look... Would recommend selling insect repellent at the shop...mosquitoes can be military grade...haha

The property is beautiful. A cute path meanders around the property with swings and various seating areas as well as a gnome garden and many quaint bird houses. Or cabana was immaculate and very well appointed. All of the staff, from the concierge who texted me before arrival with great information and helped us to book spa treatments, wine tour and dinner reservations, to the restaurant staff and spa staff, were all outstanding!

Only negative was the construction going on as they were updated two of the cabanas

We enjoyed the view from the private cabin on the hill. Our room was clean and modern with an outside attached patio, perfect for watching the sunset. The property is expansive and enjoyable to stroll with many different sitting areas, some with fire tables available for use. Excellent breakfast available until 2pm. Perfect place to base yourself in the Valle.

The jacuzzi is lovely but takes a while to heat so if using let them know well ahead of time. The gym is also very nice but could use some face towels.

This property feature beautiful landscape with lavender and local flowers and family to table vegetable and herb that is used in their restaurant. The restaurant on onsite is great and convenient. The pool /gym / spa view of the valle is beautiful. Great sunset and rise . Is room is set up to offer it guests and private view of the grounds and space to chill after a day wine tasting.

The staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and greeted every request with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the surrounding foothills add to the experience. The included breakfast was very good. The options are somewhat limited but cover all the bases. There are plenty of additional options available for purchase. For lunch I would recommend the rock shrimp tempura and hand made pizza (3 cheese was my favorite). We had one dinner on site which was great but there are so many good restaurants in the area including Deckmans and Primitivo.

Minor issues but our cabin was a little worn - broken floor tile, toilet wobbled. Dirt roads everywhere. Main highways are paved but you will spend most of your time on very narrow, uneven dirt roads. Not a knock necessarily as the Valle is a developing region but we were there for a week and by the end of our stay I was ready for some pavement.

The place is wonderful, beautiful rooms, very well maintained. No complaints at all about cleanliness, and place itself.

2 things I did not like: Only a few breakfast options are included in the rate with breakfast. So far not a problem, but they charge every little thing extra (example a piece of bread instead of Tortilla etc.). Not exactly my idea of breakfast included. There was an event right next door Saturday night with extremely loud Techno music until midnight. You might think until midnight wouldn't be a problem but in the Valle de Guadalupe there is nothing to do in the evening but relax. And the music was extremely loud, our room was literally shaking. If this is a regular occurance I would reconsider staying at this hotel as Valle de Guadalupe is all about relaxing.

The bed is super comfortable! Rooms are clean! I love the fire place, I loved walking around the hotel and read the quotes!, the pool and Jacuzzi is perfect and the view is amazing, the service is excellent , friendly staff 10/10. The restaurant food and service 10/10 Miriam gave us an amazing service at Salvia Blanca restaurant and Daniel gave us an amazing service at the pool area! I love this place!! I love how amazing is everyone and they make you feel comfortable, relaxing, peaceful.and welcome! They have live music at the restaurant The whole staff make you feel so WELCOME!

The property was in a beautiful quiet area of the valley with birds chirping and sounds of nature. The property has a charming walking path with several seating areas and creative touches in the landscape. The restaurant is beautiful, expansive and delicious. The service was excellent. We also enjoyed the pool with beautiful views and the gym for a quick workout. We stayed in a superior cabin with our child and she slept comfortably on a fold up type mattress which was in the closet. We loved the community fire pit at night.

The only thing I didn’t like, because I’m sensitive to scents, is that the rooms had air wick fresheners. I had to unplug them. Also, the bed was quite firm, but some people prefer that.
