No breakfast included. I didn’t get the best price. Other people told me they got 4 nights for 100$ less with another booking co. There really are not many extras here for a double bed room. No mini fridge or microwave. Pool super! There is a small restaurant within the entrance area and coffee. Very pretty place . Extraordinary location.

Better arrangements for putting your clothes saw as there was no closet and need fridge and microwave. That would be the standard that exists in USA and Canada.

Excellent location on one of the main streets steps away from restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cute small hotel with a great pool area, surrounded by palms and greenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, they had A/C. Our room had a balcony that faced the pool and we loved to chill in the balcony. The price was very good for the location. We would come back .

The only suggestion would be to do an upgrade to the bathrooms and showers. They are a bit dated.

The staff are awesome. The coffee place inside the lobby was great and very convenient. The location is very central, and you have a huge array of restaurants all around you. Walkable. The bed was very comfy. Very clean place. Beautiful pool.

The only thing that bothered me was the water shortage in the area. Absolutely not the hotels fault. But I felt really bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with gross toilets because it couldn't be flushed..

We love the property & always stay when in Bucerias very central & a bistro right out front is a real bonus. The staff were great🥰 Will be back!🤗

We Weren’t able to get the room we usually have 😥which is a junior suite. Our mistake in booking. Entirely our mistake 🫢not the Hotel’s fault at all. The room we stayed in was immaculate however not what we wanted.

The Hotel Palmeras entrance and pool courtyard asthetic is stunning. Very clean property. Staff are very kind. As a solo traveler I felt peace and calm here. My room had everything it needed. The view from my room was breathtaking. I love listening to the waves as I go to sleep Thank you Hotel Palmeras. I hope to return soon

Rooms need some upgrading. Cutlery poor and not enough.

The morning girl at reception was absolutely delightful. She communicated enough English that we understood each other. Very willing to help.

We were put in room #1 . This is a terrible room and in my opinion should not be rented out. We asked to move and we were put in room #22. This room was very nice and comfortable.

Like the balcony overlooking looking pool.

Construction/renos were going on that we weren't told about until we got there. But we did not hear any noise from the room we were in.

Very comfortable bed, nice pool area and good location.

It looks like they are working on renovations to the hotel - can see it will be great once completed but the rooms were a little outdated for the price paid.
