Our flight was cancelled so this was a last minute reservation so we had accommodations until we got another flight. I exceeded our expectations in that the price was very reasonable. The room was spacious and clean. Very basic but had everything we needed. We were only able to book a room with a double bed online only 12 hours before check in but they were able to accommodate us with a king bed! A nice surprise. The location was perfect right off the highway and we had easy access by Uber or walking to get to places we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with getting our luggage to our room and storing it after we had to check out and not go to the airport for several hours. We had a breakast included which was very welcome. Our stay included free entry to a splash park nearby however we didn't have time to use it but what a great extra. We would definitely stay again.

The vibe, pool, Miami theme, bed sheets and bed very comfortable, bathrooms, location. Didn't have time to check out the Splash park.

Breakfast was disappointing - no tea, muffins, pancakes or bacon - just mexican style eggs, taco chips , cereal and bit of watermelon and fake juice. If they had all that I'd rate it higher. Also you should have an ice machine and microwave in the rooms or common area.

Great value for our money. The villa room is an amazing option for group travel, has individual rooms but a great common area. The hotel itself is very simple but has everything you need for Vallarta. A plus is the staff, they were incredibly helpful, they got us taxis for everywhere in minutes and guide us on how much is the right price. The Miami Inn is next to a pharmacy and OXXO which is convenient to buy anything you need before heading out for tours and beaches.

There were a couple of communication and organization issues, there was a problem with our payment which the hotel tried to process only 2hs before our arrival (which was the same time we were flying) and instead of just let us pay on site we had to solve everything over the phone while boarding our flight, since they threatened to cancel our reservation. This could have been waay easier if they just tried to process the credit card purchase the day before. In this same line, our room wasn't cleaned they first day because the crew missed the sign. It's not a huge deal but you do expect to have your room cleaned up when your paying for hotel service.

The staff was incredibly nice and always had a smile on their faces. The housekeeping was incredible and always cleaned more than they needed to, but it was appreciated! and grateful for the bottles of water everyday! :)

The only complaint I have (and it’s small), was that the remotes didn’t work well for the TVs. You had to get up close for them to work. But we didn’t spend much time watching it anyways :)

Check in! Couldn't get keys at check in as we had to wait for an employee to bring us to the room. The restaurant was awful! Eat elsewhere... truth!

During our stay the place was quiet, we got a nice complementary breakfast that features daily warm local food (eggs, chilaquiles, beans) very tasty. The pool is great not busy and really relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the style of the place is cool good decor and welcoming vibes. Friendly staff.

The beds were pretty standard, not bad but also not super comfortable. It's a bit far away from everything.

Great big room, wonderful grounds and perfect pool. breakfast at the pool bar was good.

The location required the abilities of a stunt driver to exit from the highway and especially to enter the highway. The restaurant, while apparently open, stacked chairs on the tables so always looked closed. There were very few places to eat and getting to anyone of them was terrifying.

Good value for money. I felt very safe there Breakfast outdoors by the pool and trees and birds was nice.

Just a bit far from main part of PV but a 10 minute uber ride would get you there or ride the bus like we did for a few bucks and experience locals.

Wonderful salt water pool - much needed after an afternoon of day trips. The breakfast, which is included, was great!

Our room didn’t get cleaned until quite late.
