We were at this resort in December 2021 when they were only 7 months old. It was great but the food was just OK and the pool service wasn't great. BUT........our stay this time was incredible. All of the food and new restaurants are incredible. The pool staff each day was super attentive, getting us custom orders that were not on the menu. The overall staff is always nice, helpful, incredible!

I never enjoy the initial check in because they make you sit with someone to get coupons I personally don't use and I try to be nice to say that I will not attend the time share presentation but they put just a bit of a hard sell and ultimately accept the yes. They are simply doing their jobs but I don't need the time share presentation.

From the minute you get there sales is the driver - it maybe all inclusive - but beware tips are definitely a must - and sales people are touting for you to buy into vacation club -

Breakfast was Excellent at the Market Cafe Restaurant on the 6th Floor, the Staff attention and service was 5 stars, we would like to congratulate our waitress team; ARAEL and ABRAHAM they are amazing. The Food at this Restaurant is like a super luxury Cruise with all possible options to choose from. As far as the Pool Service at the 6th Floor we would like to congratulate GILBERTO his service was Excellent !

We reserved a KING SUITE with OCEAN VIEW, but even that we had view of the Ocean far away our room face more the Jungle than the Ocean, this could better explain at check in or during the reservation process.

This is a very relaxing hotel. I have been to many resorts, and this has to be one of the best. I love how there is an Adults only side and family/kid side, so you can accommodate both. The property itself is imaculate. This property is gorgeous. They have staff working 24 hours to make sure everything is clean from the pool to the restaurants. Excillent customer service. I love this propert, and we will be going back. Never felt so safe and secure.

That we had to leave. I want to go back now. We will be back........

Everything. Plain and simple. The layout, design, architecture, gym, spa, restaurants, views… all incredible.

There really isn’t anything negative to say at all. I suppose maybe if they could offer more vegan friendly protein options like tofu rather than only beans then that would be nice but still chefs were very accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely stunning property, larger than life, lovely pools, but the food at all the restaurants and buffet was some of the best I’ve had in the world. The spa was exceptional as well.

The bugs ! And the staff will try sell you a membership, and won’t stop when you say no. TV and air conditioning had a mind of its own as well at times.

Food was amazing! I could drink gallons of the fresh orange juice - yum! Pools were excellent - so relaxing! Our pool service "Karu" was the VERY BEST!!!!

My room was suppose to me an ocean view and I could barely see it over the trees. Not what I would call "ocean view." The swim-up pool bar was often close during our stay. The location of the COVID test was changed however it was not communicated and we waited at the original location for 30 minutes before finding out.

Nice grounds

The hotel is very large and spread out requiring lots of walking for older guests. Rates are very high especially for guests who don't drink alcohol. Shower floors were very slippery when wet, and showed signs of mold or mildew also no grab bars for old or handicapped people?

The staff where extremely attentive and helpful. Remain professional at all time. Food was delicious!!
