Pool room was noisy from entertaining at night. Room bathrooms was outdated dripping taps, floor needed scrubbing in shower. Offer ocean room next time Staff was friendly and helpfull., food was excellent for a buffet Would go back ,but to oceanfront room to get away from noise.

The beach was fabulous in the view. We really enjoyed the bar area and the pool as well.

We can't play any of the games unless you know Spanish.

The food was excellent — even the snacks! Five stars to the chef. We had the pleasure of meeting him, and he was so kind

The beds are a little to hard

we liked the location of the hotel - had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the beach/ocean The grounds are kept extremely clean as well as the rooms. the staff were very friendly and extremely supportive when we were needing some help due to illness. We enjoyed watching the many families taking part in the organized activities by the very exuberant recreation director this resort is supported by many Mexican families on vacation and a few "gringos" who come yearly. there is entertainment offered most evenings.

This was our first time at an all inclusive so we were disappointed in the quality of the food at times. Meals and selections available were mediocre. the quality of the bedding needs to be improved. Our pillows were pieces of foam stuffed into a plastic lined pillow case and covered with a cloth pillow case. When the hotel is busy there aren't enough beach and pool chairs available. At times the music from the pa system near the pool is excessively loud.

Breakfast was good with lots of selections. The omelette station was nice. Very nice warm pool as well.

Lunch and supper were hit and miss. The entertainment music at night was quite loud, which is normally ok, but it was still loud even with the door to our room closed.
