The bed is very comfortable. It’s pretty cozy and close to the airport. The facilities are nice. The staff speak English well.

There’s some small stain on the quilt and towel but it’s not very discernible or concerning. Since it’s very close to the airport, I could hear the bustle and hustle a bit as the cars passing by but I fell asleep later, so it’s not too hard to fall asleep. Genuinely it’s been pretty comfortable. The shuttle only departs every 30 mins. It would have been better if they have more shuttle.

The beds, omg those beds. They were so soft it was like Sleeping on a pillow. We slept but did not rest. Found a biiiig roach walking in the bathroom, it was clearly very slow due to fumigation but was not a welcome surprise walking into the bathroom after a 4 hour drive. I left it under a kleenex for when the cleanup crew came by. 1 specific girl from the staff was, I assume, very tired and crabby. She kept saying we had towels when that's the first thing we checked and I had to ask for them 3 tines until she brought some. Just mildly annoying and stuck out vs everybody else in the staff that was super super helpful.

Excellent location. They have free transportation to the airport. The gym and the pool are nice. You can leave your car in the hotel while traveling for a good price (cheaper and safer than the airport parkings).

The breakfast could be better. It didn't have a lot of taste.

It’s very close to the airport which is great if you have a short stopover and want to rest. I like the free shuttle to and from the hotel.

The internet connection wasn’t stable. It goes on and off. The bathroom wasn’t really producing warm water.

Convenient, good service

Shower water temperature kept changing, hot cold, hard to maintain temperature, sorry but toilet clogged on first use. Air conditioner was loud during sleep time

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Location near to the Airport was very convenient for travelling visitors. Shuttle for nearby drop off & pick up is very good facility & a bonus for Non Spanish speaking visitors. Restaurant was very good with nice choices. Morning BF had many varieties & the Fruits were very fresh & tasty.

Coffee Machine had issues and was was not cleaned during HK chores. Had to clean in myself , not that I bothered. 1/2 L Water bottle provided was inadequate during summer.

In general it is a good hotel to stay close to the airport. Clean, the staff was super nice, 24hr room service, shuttle from and to the airport.

The beds and pillows were comfy but they did not have comforter and we were cold during the night.

Continental breakfast was good, location was great near airport and they have transportation to the airport at all times

Not much to say just that the receptionist don’t really have it all together like confusing reservations and not having clear really what our prices included.

I love the breakfast..was very good. My room was awesome..huge!! Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the hot water was used up by others so quick. I had to take a shower cold..that was bad.

Management should be ashamed. After 5 pm there were only 2 employees to provide service to the restaurant, room service and the hotel bar. This is not even realistic. Anytime you wanted a drink in the bar you had to go find one of the 2 employees in the restaurant. They were obviously stressed and exhausted. It sounded like that was pretty normal. Service in the food and beverage area was terrible but not at the fault of the employees.
