The hotel is located close to town. Bernal is a charming city. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find local restaurants and shops. Our room had a hammock. From our room, we could view the Pena de Bernal, the Monolith in Mexico.

Honestly, it was perfect for the location and the price. Brenda is the manager, and she was terrific. She assisted us with excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome. Brenda and her staff helped make our stay comfortable. If you are looking for a 3-star hotel that offers a truly authentic experience, this is the boutique hotel you are looking for.

The design, they have a small rooftop, with an amazing view, currently there is a night light show on the Peña, so you can see it from there. We saw it on Saturday. The staff is amazing and very helpful

They only thing that I didn’t like was that they did not have parking, they offer one that is near but is 100 pesos for the whole night.

we loved the place and the history behind it. the location was very convenient and the view was just awesome. the room was decorated and designed very nicely.

we asked for a "Factura" and were told we need to write an email with our information. we wrote many emails and never received an answer. it was very disappointing as I can't recommend the hotel and cannot come back when I won't receive a Factura.

Everthing was absolutely lovely. Very colorful and full of chracter. The location is perfect...only a 5 min walk to the center. I could see the monolith from my room window which opens to let in nice fresh air. Shower was hot with good presure and a wonderful counter. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff amazing and very attentive and helpful...especially since my Spanish was poor. They went above and beyond to assist me. There is a stalked little refrigerator with water, and other drinks. You can buy wine at the desk also. I loved this property.

I loved everything. The only issue would be the hard bed mattress...which for me was fine. They even had extra blankets for colder evenings.

bed mattress are too firm. we had back pain . floors weren’t clean not enough toilet paper we needed a little rug on the restroom floor. they didn’t have a lot of food options for the kids ( like chicken nuggets or soups )

The room was nice and big, the attendants were great, the location and hotel style were also very good.

The cleaning lady leaved the windows open during the day and we got a lot of mosquitoes on the room at night.

Very comfortable room, the hotel is very cozy and people are really nice, always a helping and supporting

The location of the hotel is perfect--close to the action but not so close that the noise from the heart of Centro is overwhelming. Staff was extremely attentive to our needs. The bed was firm and obviously new, and our room had a very new Samsung flatscreen TV. The shower was large and the hot water was extremely hot. Our room was a pleasing combination of both modern and traditional furnishing. Parking is up the street and very secure.

Our room was the "consultation" room when the hotel was a doctor's office (decades ago), and all the other guests passed the room when coming/going. Not the best room for early-to-bed, early-to-rise travelers! (Always travel with earplugs!) Also, we took a look at some of the other rooms for future stays, and some rooms have no windows.
