I'll go back again and again. The family that runs this place are wonderful and helpful and accommodating. I travel in my car, so I take a lot of things with me. A heater, a coffee maker, and this time I took things to grill out on the patio, enjoying the fabulous view of Peña Blanca. A lively street, especially on the weekends, I enjoy walking down to the town, and then grabbing a 50 peso taxi back up to the hotel. I stay here a lot, the night before family needs to be taken to the airport. M is so wonderful to open the parking lot gate at all hours for me to leave and come back. Yes, it takes 30 minutes to drive to the airport, but it is a straight shot, easy drive, compared to other arrangements from San Miguel de Allende. And I always enjoy Bernal! Much to this wonderful family!

Room 3 is the biggest room, has a king size bed and a magnificent terrace overlooking the rock. We paid extra for the room once at the hotel and it was well worth the money. Mariano, the front man, was very helpful and friendly. He runs a car service to the vineyards, too!

No restaurant. My husband finds hills very tricky and the hotel is closer to the rock than to the centre of town, where most of the bars, restaurants and shopping is located. We took a tuktuk there and back without a problem.

We loved everything and the specially service. Each one of our need was addressed in the best way and very personal. We highly appreciate. Location, value, services are excellent. And on top of that - the view is outstanding. We didn’t want to leave our room and terraza because of the view.

Amazing location, friendly staff and an even better view of the Peña de Bernal mountain. Very nice and cozy hotel located in the middle of a touristic road full of life, culture and commerce.

It would be nice to have a fan in the room for ventilation.

My stay could not have been any better. The room was absolutely wonderful! The large private balcony overlooking the Pena that was safe for my little dog was fantastic! The shower was the best shower I have had in all of Mexico. Fantastic water pressure! But the best thing about my stay was the kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!

I would have liked to have had a shelf in the bathroom to put my things, but that is a very minor thing compared to all the wonderful things this place has to offer.

Overall, my stay was very good. The primero was very good. The room and suroundings were very clean. The room was lovely. Beautiful view and scenary from the balcony.

Location (both address on google maps and booking) is totally wrong. Asked around and nobody had heard of this hotel. Took me about 30 minutes to finally find it.

The hotel was a nice stay. Bed was normal, shower had hot water, and the outside entrance looked very nice. The room itself was a good comfort level with decent space. Location was well between the two of the main areas we wanted to visit at walking distances. Service from staff was welcoming.

The door to our room felt light and we could hear outside noises.
