The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Near centro comercial Antea, Decathlon, Shake Shack and other popular shopping areas. Pet friendly. The gym had really nice equipment.

The pool would have been much better if it the surrounding areas were kept clean; the lawn chairs are stained and should be pressure washed or replaced, tables were left un-wiped from the day before, cups and dishes left to sit out all night. Asked several times for towels, never happened. Elevators were dirty, smelled like beer, sticky floors. At least the room was clean.

Nicolas and his team made everything that i felt like home. it was my birthday during my visit and my girlfriend organized a dinner st ay lola for me. nicolas made it all happen. i was treated like a king all day long. apart of this, they welcomed me everyday by my name and were so friendly. i felt to be more a friend than a guest. the room, gym, facilities, everything was great. thank you very much for everything. i will come back, as a friend.

Immediately after entering the room for the first time, we unfortunately noticed that the bathroom door does not close (which is essential for using the toilet). Someone came directly to repair it, but it was time-consuming. Otherwise everything was good
