We've been excited to visit the hotel for some time, and it still exceeded our expectations. 40 rooms, but still feels intimate. They've done an incredible job providing top-notch accommodations while honoring the history and infrastructure of the textile factory.

Just because the hotel is a bit of an island in terms of restaurants / cafes, access to early-morning or late-night coffee option (e.g. in-room coffee maker) would be a plus. However, the restaurant opens at 7am, and there's a coffee roaster around the corner near the brewery, both of which are great options during the day.

Hotel Hércules is charming and magical and beautifully designed. It offers several restaurants and food options - the main taberna near the hotel lobby, the seafood forward one near the pool area and their brewery are all fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

One thing to note is this hotel is a 15 minute uber ride from the historic city center - but Ubers are very inexpensive and easy to order for sightseeing.

Hércules has beautiful, sprawling grounds with tons of industrial character. Service was friendly, room was sparkling clean, and spa was a special experience. This is a truly unique property in Querétaro, and likely all of Mexico.

I think the property is still ironing out a few kinks. The pool chairs could be set up earlier in the morning for us early risers, and they were not entirely clean. Also, it seems the restaurant staff / bartenders are largely still in training. I’d also caution that the location is not convenient for exploring the city. I think a hotel at this price point should offer a free shuttle into the center of the city.

It’s a great getaway for 2-3 days from Mexico City. The best beer and a beautiful building. Clean and nice.

I got lost when I arrived. Maybe fix the Hotel entry instructions on Waze.

Something different. More than just a hotel.

While some aspects are very good others lacked good planning . Rooms have good impact but some very poor detailing. Staff need more training but mostly are enthusiastic and anxious to please. Need some time to resolve teething issues . Bathrooms not acceptable.

I never leave reviews, but feel compelled to do so after our amazing stay at Hotel Hercules. The design, amenities, and staff were truly above and beyond our expectations. We can't wait to return!
