Highly recommend! Wonderful location on a quiet street just a few doors down from a fabulous bakery and walking distance to all old city attractions. The property has a stunning courtyard to relax in the sun or evenings, should you desire. The hotel had a booking mix up and was unable to provide us the 2-bedroom suite that we had reserved but instead gave us two 1-bedroom suites which were fabulous! I believe that each suite in the hotel has three floors: the ground floor holds a bar, coffee machine and sitting area, the second floor has a desk or two massage tables and the third floor has the bedroom and bath. The bathroom shower is designed very cleverly with a skylight above that has screen openings on the sides for excellent ventilation. Thick wonderful white towels and amazing body products. My upstairs bedroom was fabulous with a table for two. It was a truly FANTASTIC stay!

We LOVED our stay!! My only suggestions would be that one of our two rooms did not have nice furniture in the ground floor sitting area. Also some of the hooks to secure the windows from blowing shut are broken so it is impossible to keep the windows open. Screens on at least one window would help to avoid mosquitos...however there is AC for the warmer months and really no need to keep the windows open for cooling. LOVED OUR STAY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

I had stayed here before, so knew what to expect. It is wonderful to sit on the terrace having breakfast. The location is perfect as it is in the Centro Historico, which is what most visitors come to the city for.

Our suite was spread over three floors with a lounge and bar on the ground floor, an office suite on the second floor and the two bedrooms on the top floor. The wooden floors and wooden-beamed ceilings gave it an interesting character. There was a bathroom for each bedroom which was a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the centre was just a few blocks walk away.. A beautiful hotel and great value.

The property - rooms, courtyard and immediate neighborhood, simply beautiful and relaxing. The staff - Lydia and the reception staff were beyond accommodating and simply amazing. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention they provided to me and my family - thank you! The location - perfect! It was close enough to the center and far enough to enjoy the calm the property and Queretaro offered.

Breakfast was very nice.Shops and town center were 15 minutes away I am 85 years of age and it was too far for me as the weather was hot

We loved the courtyard outside. A great property. It was just a little difficult with the bedroom and bath being on the 3rd level.

the rooms are large with three levels and air conditioning! the staff was vey nice and attentive to all our needs. the food was outstanding The highlight of our stay was the movie crew who was staying there, like Javi Bauserman

The provided coffee caps were a bit strange (flavour).
