Central location with a beautiful courtyard, very helpful and friendly staff who helped us switch room (shout out to Anna). There was also a female manager at the breakfast/dining area who was super helpful and friendly, gracias! Clean room with a modern touch, and comfy bed. Quiet environment as most rooms are away from the street.

While the staff and location got 10/10, the ventilation in the room is not well designed to allow airflow. Even with AC, it's acting more like a fan without cold air. Our room temperature was constantly 27c and quite warm. At times we had to open the window and the door to help cool the room. Once one steps outside the room, the hallway is airy and breezy. Unfortunately the hotel design didn't take into consideration of allowing airflow, a more natural way to cool down the rooms.

The rooms and shower feel so spacious, comfortable beds and very clean. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Check-in was fast and minimum time spent at the desk. I took some pictures but somehow I can't attach them. The room has a modern touch, everything is new and looks attractive. We enjoyed our stay, there was air-conditioning and a good screen to entertain us Our room had an iron table, an iron and.a.safe. We also had a personalized welcome card on the bed upon our arrival.

Parking is not inside the hotel. They give a good voucher discount for a parking 400mts away. It's a good parking but you should be aware of this. Most hotels in the city centre don't have parking at the spot.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very new, just open 1.5 years. It was walking distance to the main squares, restaurants and museums. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The reception staff were great as were the servers in the cafe for our daily breakfast. The rooftop terrace was very nice, but seemed underutilized... We enjoyed our stay very much. Queretaro in general was a lovely surprise!

It wasn't really a dislike because we knew that this is what we were getting. However, the room was dark as it had an inside window. No real daylight coming in. But we were only in the room in the morning and evenings, so it really didn't bother us.

The staff in the restaurant Every day was the same issue, you asked for sugar, water or something else, after they served the food and never bring you anything, we thought it was only one day that they were helping 4 tables, but the rest of the days we were the only people sitting and it was the same thing, also they will bring orders wrong. Other than that everything was great

Everything was perfect. The hotel is new. Accommodations were spectacular. Spacious. Breakfast was amazing and started at 7 am which is early for Mexico. We loved that part as we are early risers! Overall everything is on property -restaurant, bar, business center, and workout room on rooftop with a beautiful patio to see the city.

We liked everything- maybe more towels and more channels on the tv.

The location and it was very clean and modern. The bar and central courtyard were very nice. The staff was super friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like about our room was that there was no natural light. Our window faced other rooms so even if the shade was up, no light came in so it was super dark. If we didn’t have the lights on at all times, we couldn’t see in our room.

My room was large with a king bed and a full shower. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of warm water. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was exceptional. The location is close to great restaurants and historical locations. I highly suggest this hotel if visiting Queretaro.

This is a great spot. The location is excellent. The facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are excellent. The staff are absolutely top notch and provided additional support with our lost luggage. The hotel bar makes amazing cocktails. The breakfast was special.

We would rate this higher, but unfortunately we had a bad experience with some loud banging noises being made by a person at around 5am which was quite concerning. The issue seemed to go on for a very long time (maybe 20-30 minutes) before it got addressed.

Super beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Amenities were great! The best bathrobe I've ever used. I appreciated a lot the free water bottles. The hotel is very well located. Walking distance from the city center. Inspire of being located in a quiet street, it felt very safe and comfortable.

Nothing bad about the hotel. Just that the coffee from the cafeteria was not good. At all. We tried a couple of specialities and none tasted like actual coffee.

Very nice design, comfortable rooms, perfect location

I did not want room cleaning and new towels every day but there was no “do not disturb” hanger for the door. I texted them via booking.com that I don’t need room cleaning but they did it anyway and also exchanged the hanging towels. Not sustainable at all. Also the cleaning staff makes a lot of noise. As the only window was to the patio, it was very disturbing.
