The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, although it helped to have some working spanish. The rooms very nice and comfortable. There were two outside sitting areas that were nice to use in the evening. This hotel is very near a central zocalo in the middle of the historic district. That made it very easy to walk to a variety of museums and restaurants. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, it works with one across the street, which also has a bar. We were able to use one of the parking spots in the courtyard, which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to return here.

We had a glitch one day when we had to chase down towels.

The staff, especially Carlos, were very gracious, helpful, and kind. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. We especially enjoyed late night conversations with Carlos learning the intimate details of the hotel and the people. We much appreciated the driver Paco that the hotel staff found for us. Loved the balcony outside our room.

There were issues with the water but these were resolved within one day. There was an issue with the electricity but that was also resolved quickly. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable but there were spiders.

We loved that it was very close to everything. Clean and service was great. Carlos and Norman were great, they made sure that we got information for the tours, every morning and evening was great to see them greed us and asking if we needed anything, if we were happy. They made sure my kids enjoyed the pool, always making sure they had enough towels. I would go back just for their great service to us made feel at home! Great breakfast!!! No loud noise’s!!! Very relaxing place!!!

Maybe a little more effort on fixing bathrooms a little mold but understandable do to heat and no bathroom ventilation. Pool needs lights for night!

The location was near the center of everything, with great finds all around in walking distance. The accommodations were also excellent with a cozy resort feel. They also have some quiet balconies accessible on the upper stories.

They were very accommodating but I didn't find some usual items like an iron or extra towels in the room. Also no elevator, but that is also part of the history of an old building.

2 rooms at a nice hotel centrally placed in centro historico in Queretaro. Friendly and helpfull staff. Surprisingly quiet venue. Breakfast is served at another hotel across the street with nice selection and very friendly staff as well.

One of the rooms was located at ground floor and it could make you feel that you were out in the street. But again surprisingly quiet at night.

The hotel location was excellent in Centro Historico de Querétaro. Carlos at the reception make me feel ´home away from home´ while staying in the hotel for 5 weeks, and helping me and could speak good English. Hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are clean.

The rooms close to the staircase has some noise from people moving in and out.

The location is perfect near to the main square. There are a lot of great restaurants to enjoy and museums and churches to visit. The hotel is super clean, and the staff very attentive.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, I heard someone arriving at 4 am and woke up but then I was able to sleep again. My room was 22 and was near others and near the staircase maybe ask for one that is not near the stairs.

The property is beautifully renovated. Is an amazing antique building with very large and comfortable rooms. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The best feature is the closeness to everything touristic in Queretaro.

Such a beautiful place, the room and facilities in general were great. Only downside is that the walls are a little bit thin so privacy is a little bit compromised but other than that it was great. Staff was super nice and they let us stay a bit longer in the common areas after out check out.

Walls are a little bit to thin so you can hear everything that happens in the rooms around, hallways and the pool area.

A nice, pretty and very central hotel, where we felt comfortable, safe and welcome. The staff was very attentive, including guidance with the tricky task of parking the cars in the small patio.

The only window of our room lead to the hallway - it was properly secured, seperated by a glass door and there was daylight, but the bathroom window of another room was just opposite. The guests of that other room happened to get up very early, so we woke up to their bathroom noises emerging around two meters from our bed. Keeping the window closed was not an option either since the air was going bad quickly otherwise. Also our bathroom had no window, just an air vent. All of this was not the case for the other rooms of our party and a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
