Just a wonderful comfortable stay for the weekend. Amazing staff, comfortable room, and the restaurant was excellent. You are staying on a plaza in Mexico. If noise offends you don't book a balcony room. However, we were delighted that everything was quiet by 10pm. This is a great place to stay.

Eek we didn't have hot water the day we left. But it really wasn't a problem so we didn't say anything. It had been raining a few days so it's possible the property uses mostly solar for hot water. This is common in Mexico and I feel confident the staff would have resolved it had we brought it up.

They need to add more storage space or shelfs in the bathroom, there is no room for much in the counter. Important to notice if you are trailing for work is that there is no desk to work in the room, and they don't have business center anywhere. We try the restaurant but ir was to noise to work so, we had to use the iron bord as a desk in the room.

They need to pay attention to the maintenance in the bathrooms. And it was not very clean, no lotion, no conditioner, no toiletries. The pool looks a little sad, only two lounge chairs and it was hot!! However, the staff was great! And they try their best.

We love staying at Hotel Plaza de Armas in the heart of colonial Queretaro. The staff was super helpful and catered to our requests. Our room was lovely, with a super comfortable King size bed and a balcony overlooking “Plaza de Armas” square. Overall this hotel is a special find for those seeking an immersive experience of downtown Queretaro.

A wonderful Boutique hotel in the heart of Queretaro Zocalo. We were able to find this lovely hotel only thanks to Booking! The room was amazing with double height ceilings and lovely decor. Breakfast was amazing in the terrace right on the main colonial square. A truly lovely Boutique hotel in the heart of Colonial Queretaro.

Nice hotel right in the middle of Centro Historico på Plaza de Armas. We booked 2 nights with short notice and had a little dialogue prior to check-in and the staff was very responsive to our requests. Had a large suite with both a balcony hovering above the pool, and a terasse on the other side. Very nice. Very nice and helpfull staff.

A little bit of an odeur in the bathroom in both accomodations.

Location is fabulous- we had such a good time within walking distance of the hotel. Plenty of cafes and places to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Was close to many of the venues we had to attend in Queretaro. The room was great size and comfortable

Great location right on the Plaza de Armas. Great free breakfast served by cheerful waiters right on the patio right on the Plaza. Nice pool. Room and bath updated. Comfortable king sized bed.

Room will be noisy with the windows open. No problem with windows closed and A/C on.

The location is amazing. Has lots of character.

With it being in the center of the city, it does get quite noisy, but is expected.

We don't eat breakfast; but the courtesy, kindness and professionalism of the restaurant staff was exceptional.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Guadalupe. She checked us in and provided us with great information and recommendations for the area. Guadalupe went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience. The room was nice, and the added plus was the balcony overlooking the plaza. What a great time we had!!
