I have stayed there a few times for business trips. I love the location, the hotel and the service.

The park is full of people enjoying themselves, which is fine, but here were two guys on 3 wheel motorcycles (with neon lighting), parked right across from the outdoor restaurant blasting their music very loud well into the evening. I'm surprised that people in the outside Restaurant / Bar could even hear the music being played by the live band there. The bar/ restaurant music was fine (volume), but the two guys on the motorcycles were obnoxious. Maybe tell them to turn down the music or go somewhere else?

Perfect location right in the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. The price we paid was very decent for the quality of the room, its facilities and especially the location of the hotel. We had a room without a city view and it was nice and quiet.

When they plan a refurbishment, they need to reconsider their bathroom planning. The way it is, the shower is too high and has no flexibility: it's difficult to have a good shower there and next to impossible to bathe kids. Also, the door is too close to the toilet: getting in and out is tricky even for a slim person.

I like the old architecture of the building, the room size is perfect, side view and walking distance to almost everything is perfect

I didn’t like that they don’t offer food room service for those of use that either arrive late or very early and the restaurant that is down stairs don’t open until 9am so if you are really looking for early breakfast you have to look elsewhere, that’s a big big negative

Picturesque property in Old town. What a joy it was to stay here. High ceilings, huge rooms, vintage furniture. They got everything going for them. Not to forget the service provided by all team members who are always smiling and ready to help.

Breakfast is a joke but when I raised a complaint, they were very happy in adjusting to my needs.

Lovely room and comfortable. The carpet is aging but the building and windows were lovely. It was noisy as a Friday night on an active square, but there were heavy shutters that helped.

We were told we had to pay for the room and charged and paid cash at a much higher room rate than we had reserved and (( I thought) paid for on Booking.com. And then we were ALSO charged by booking.com credit card.

The location was ideal as my husband is a wheelchair traveler- they had an elevator. our room had a balcony overlooking the street and all the vibrant activity.

There was a store, playing the music too loud across from our room, but we asked the desk to please ask them to lower it and they did.

The location was amazing! It was in the center of two main plazas. I feel it is in the best location. You can walk everywhere. We also made a reservation for a balcony room with a view. We had two balconies - one in the room and the other in the restroom! We enjoyed looking out into the plaza, and loved the weekend activities with music. Antonio and Alex -both staff members were very accommodating and we thank them!

We tried the breakfast on one occasion, and unfortunately it was not what we expected. Fortunately, there are many other options - restaurants to choose from that are walkable.

Location was right in the centre of the main Square. The size of the room was amazing with the balcony overlooking the main square. To top it off, the staff were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We were n room 136.

The only thing we had an issue with was that the ceiling fan and television did not work. But to be honest we didn't report it as we still had our own Netflix and there was air-conditioning in the room.

Great location right in the center of town. The two restaurants attached to the hotel were surprisingly good. Hotel was very clean and a nice place to retire to after a long day of exploring. Good communications with staff before and during stay.

Difficult to get dropped off at the hotel on such a busy street (we did pick Independence Day celebration weekend and the town was full of revelers) but that was a minor inconvenience.

Great downtown city location. Hotel lobby, hallways, and common areas were spacious

Church bells next door rang every 15 throughout the night. Hot water was virtually non-existent. Breakfast was not included in our rate.
