In downtown. Great location . The room impeccable and comfortable. Incredible price.

They don’t offer side services but this is not a problem because many restaurants are near by. Noisy if your room faces the church but amazing views.

Very comfortable and spacious room in an excellent location Easy walking distance to the major sites and loads of restaurants and shops WiFi worked very well. The hotel layout probably isn't conducive to providing breakfast, but that wasn't an issue for me as there are many breakfast options nearby

No channels on the television, but that really was a minor inconvenience.

I deeply loved the style of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms. My room n 205 overlooks the central square and has 3 balconies.

breakfast is not served in the hotel but in a local nearby. The menu is not varied and not good value for money.

Everything, the bed was really comfy the room was big, great view, amazing location really near to everything on the center.

The wifi was not accesible on the bed side of the room, at the small lobby/restroom part the wifi works amazing but crossing to the room side where the beds are the signal stopped working, that was an inconvenience to me as I was doing work from home and basically I had to work next to the Bathroom

I didn't get a breakfast, when I was making the reservation it said breakfast included, but when I got the confirmation it said breakfast was not intended. Last time I stayed there breakfast was included

The room is simple but beautiful, the location is fabulous and the bed is incredibly comfortable! I also loved that you can completely block out light to sleep if you need with shutters. It's a wonderful place to stay to crash while exploring QRO/centro.

The staff is very bare-minimum-- sometimes out of uniform or laying on the couch in the lobby. I don't think it's a huge deal but they could just be friendlier to make up for the casualness. Also their "room service" is fake (the menu says one thing and when I inquired about it at the front desk they said they didn't have anything).

Very spacious and bright rooms. The place is very unique. Seemed lite a remodeled church or hacienda. The body lotion smelled phenomenal

I was charged more than what was quoted on Booking.com when i checked into the hotel ($16 more) the hotel said it was a mistake made by booking.com and i should take it up with them!

Great location! The first room that we got the safe did not work so they were nice enough to change us to a better room. Ask for room 205, has the best view! The staff is friendly and always available upon request. Definitely coming back.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, it had a hole in the middle and it cracked a lot when you moved. Need to fix that quick.
