This is our second stay here. The pool is wonderful to come home to in the afternoons, and it is covered at night so the water does not cool off too much. We also make use of the Jacuzzi on the roof. Breakfast is made to order every morning.

If they had a fridge in the room or for guests use it would be wonderful! They did let us keep a few drinks in the fridge in the kitchen however, but considering the heat in the summer I really need my own fridge for my wine and cheese. The AC didnt work well in our room the first night. We were able to switch to another room the next day. its a bit of a walk to someplaces from here but its very manageable you are still within the city.

Mexican customs at the airport accidentally forgot to return me my passport after completing some paperwork. the girl at the front desk went out of her way to call them to find out about my passport. Thank you immensely, you saved me a lot of worrying, time and money. Breakfast was awesomely delicious and I wish for more of it! Location was good for sightseeing and friends recommended a very good restaurant just a block away.

The shower took quite awhile to heat up to my preferred temperature.

Staff is cheerful and functionally bilingual. The room was good-sized and everything worked. The breakfast was made-to-order and serving hours were wide. Terrace is a pleasant, quiet feature.

No local parking

We slept well, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Close, walking distance to everything in the Centro. Recommend the buen día omelette for breakfast and the hotcakes, delicious.

The pool was very nice to come home to in the afternoon. Breakfast was served by the pool and we were allowed to pick from a menu. It consisted of fruit, coffee, bread with jam and your main item of Chilaquiles or Eggs Rancheros etc. The breakfast was pretty good although it lacked bacon or sausage. You can reserve the Jacuzzi ahead of time.

The hotel is a bit more expensive then others. However it has a pool and free breakfast. Its a bit of a walk to go to the OXXO. There was no ice machine but I was able to ask the receptionists to get me some.

Breakfast was very good that is by the way included in the rate. The location of the hotel is very good close to many interest sites and restaurants you may want to approach by walking since is a safe area. Pool area small but very comfortable, and they have a jacuzzi in the terrace, that was awesome.

Am a Level 3 of genius and when I asked for late check-out in the reception mentioned is a right that only the hotel can provide and nothing to do with my Booking level. I ask to stay two hours later that was not accepted. Is left on the standards of the Hotel by 1:00 PM instead of 2:00PM I asked. The parking hours, there is a deal with a surrounding parking lot that closes by 10:00 PM I arrived later so had to park the car in the street. It is a safe place though but unexpected to me.

The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help with anything. The made to order breakfasts were wonderful! The facility was also very clean.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Loved everything about this hotel! Great value for your money! Delicious food served promptly right after we ordered it! Delicious coffee and bread and jelly served every morning!!! Very accommodating staff and they even helped us get an Uber for the day their driver wasn’t available! In walking distance of so many sights and markets and things to do! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back!

The breakfast has to be one of my favourite in all the hotels I’ve stayed throughout Mexico so far, I booked to stay here a second time because of the wonderful breakfast, excellent service staff, comfortable room and location (in that order).
