I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...

The carpet, the blankets and some pieces of furniture were old and dirty...

Great price and location. Excellent breakfast with large selection. Roof-top pool with view of city. Room-darkening curtains are the best we've seen. Plenty of plug-ins. Fruit juice available near front desk.

Junior-suite badly designed. Super small toilet area with motion-sensitive light that turns off even if there is movement. You have to turn sideways to enter or leave. Not much room between foot of bed and desk/counter. Wifi was weak at times, buffering occasionally. Sink drain had horrible smell.

that they took money out of the back pack, it was not all by luck, Obviously we reported it, but what they told us at reception is that it was our fault for not using the safe they had, but that it was not working at that time and we did not ask for a replacement

Location was great! With in walking distance to cathedral, restaurants and attractions. Great breakfast!

Had a corner room (121). This room was right above the restaurant. At 07:30 in the morning the chairs being moved can be heard and annoying… We have stayed at many hotels and this had a partícula industrial toilet. When flushed, it’s so loud that every one can hear it and wakes up every one. The pressure is so much that it sucks anything on its way ;) we could hear all the toilets being flushed…

We were very pleased with the size, layout and features of our room. The bed was very comfortable and there were two bedside lights for convenience, as well as decent storage for our clothes. The complimentary breakfast was really convenient and necessary, given the location outside the commercial area of the city. There was a quiet private spot on the second floor to sit outside in near total shade, which was really important to us, as the pool area did not have quite enough shade.

As mentioned before, the hotel is on a steep hill, and therefore there are a lot of steep steps. The pool area is lovely, but lacking in shade especially during the hot part of the day, and the chairs are uncomfortable. In my opinion, this hotel as fantastic, and if these things could be fixed, it would rate a 10 !

The staff was great and always trying to make our stay the best. Everyone at the front desk was very personable. They remembered our names. The cleaning staff is excellent always watching out for what our needs are and willing to listen to us for our needs. The dining staff always remembered who we were and what we like to order. I always had a juice ready for us.

Rooms are small, but that is understandable. Just wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger.

Great location across the street from a lovely park and our room was quiet with no traffic noise. Easy walk to the center. Delicious and filling breakfast. Rooftop pool and hot tub was much appreciated during the hot days we were there. Bed was comfortable but this really wasn't a junior suite as there wasn't a couch or larger chair in the room.

The configuration of the bathroom was not the most convenient with the toilet and shower in small adjoining rooms and then the wash basin located outside them.

Hotel is clean and breakfast is good. I appreciated the possibility to order fresh made omelette or other options. The hotel has also a private parking, handy if you have a car. At walking distance from the city center.

My room was on the street which is quite noisy. Most of the staff don't speak English.

Very clean, the beds and the toilet were shiny. Excellent location of hotel, front a big park and center across the street. The staff was very friendly and did a great job for all our stay time. The breakfast was excellent and enough to start a day, the coffee is Wonderful we enjoyed it alot. Also we ordered food to room it was good. The hotel have a parking, and it was very comfortable to use it. We was with a child of 2 years old and you have a free access with a stroller to every room from the parking.

The pool is seems to be not clean enough, on the sides there is a lot of dust and should be cleaned better. We was at pool twice and all fine they use chemical on it, we asked the stuff, but its look bad and should be cleaned well.

The view from the rooftop amazing. The small bar and small pool on the roof top was fun. The breakfast was delicious! Great service throughout the hotel. Nice location.

The design of our room could have been better. The sink is in the bedroom and not private. The small toilet room has a door opening inside it and is awkward. The light and fan go on in the toilet room when you open the door. But can’t be changed and worth putting up with for a few nights.
